And yes it is on page 3. However I signed the contract based on conversations I had with PSE employees, and was told I was to pay a deposit on (retainer) and then pay balance before getting final product. When I reminded PSE employee about the comments made, I was told that verbal comments are not the same as a contract. No they are not. So we decided not to do business, I found some other company in 30 minutes that does work on a deposit first and then balance before prints are provided policy. Yes I'm sorry we couldn't do business either. However I'm just used to verbal comments being the same as what's in the contract I sign. But appearently not this time. I'm sure PSE is not at all affected by losing one small client like me. Good luck to them as well. I'm not trying to say everyone gets treated this way by PSE. I'm just saying that was my experience, and wrote a review based only on my experience.

III would highly recommend Powers Renovation/Jake Powers and team. This was an insurance job with a…read morelarge scope of work. We looked for someone with good reviews and feel we hit the jackpot with Jake. He worked with our insurance company, submitted a bid, met with the insurance adjuster and answered all their questions concerning the scope of work. It started with insulation and sheet rock of exterior and some interior walls. Gutting the kitchen, removing and replacing flooring in the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the entry way and the laundry room. There would be total renovation in the kitchen from cabinets, countertops and flooring. He was amazing in how he handled the whole process in the many different stages. He orchestrated it all so that it seemed to flow painlessly, which was not a small feat to do. I will tell you that it was a major job that many would not have been able to handle. He connected us to wonderful suppliers and they all came together to make it happen. It was a very stressful time but he made me feel at ease with it all. He made it so we could stay in our home while it was happening. They would work and when they left it was clean and orderly awaiting them for the next day. He had some great suggestions and ideas that really worked and I was glad for it. There was no pressure in it. He is professional in a very personable way. They also had to paint and install new baseboard trim in all the flooring areas and the closet. We also added in the painting of our great room ceiling and an electrician that put some floor plug ins while we were replacing flooring which we did separately from the insurance work. I can't say enough about how smoothly it went and that it was very impressive to have it all come together the way it did. I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to get my review done, life just kept getting in the way. We had an illness and a death occur with many other life dealings but it was alway in my head and heart to want to give credit where credit is due. Thanks to you, Jake and your team for your fantastic ways and giving me back my home. Very impressive. I now need to see how I add photos
