A lot better of a spot than previous years, the parking was decent, in and out of the car park wasn't bad. They had a beer and wine station operated by Steinhart Brewery which was huge plus. I personally don't think paying the extra 5$ for my 6 year old to go down the big slide was worth it. I think if it was better it would be worth it. There are lots of different things to do, if you're looking to spend two to three hours on a Saturday afternoon this is not too terribly priced.

Please come with your walking shoes on. Things are very spaced out and will require effort. Love the new location and the parking is much better and more organized. The cost is moderate if you have a large group be prepared to pay over$20 pp over 2. there are many activities that are included with the price so activities will require additional payments. services is very fast and efficient Apple Pay option is available. great place for kids to run all their energy out and have tons of fun.

It had become tradition for my family to visit Butler's Orchard, but then we heard from colleagues about this place. A bit of a drive for us, but on a nice weekend morning, here we drove for the fall festival. Here is what I loved about Summers Farm: *Takes Credit Card (and you can pre-purchase/order your tickets online) *lots of different Animals, a Pig Race, and even good you can purchase to feed the goats *Plenty of space so you don't feel claustrophobic when a million other families come. *Lots of activities, especially fun for my 3-year old. They built a brand new playground/climbing set that is great for older kids (like 5-9) *Lots of little photo ops sign areas *Scavenger hunt for kids 12 & under, where you can win a prize, on top of all the activities there *Bonfire pit rentals anyone?! *Friendly Staff *3 food stations *Plenty of clean Porta Potty's *No parking fee Loved Summers Farm Fall Festival - they keep their website up to date - Plus!! We will definitely be back, thank you!

Came here with a group of friends to celebrate fall festivities and it was a nice experience! The farm is great for families as there are about 45 activities to do around the farm including a corn maze, pumpkin patch, pig race, bonfire... My friends and I rented a bonfire pit for 4 hours for ~$80. Our fire kept burning out quickly but maybe that was our own fault ‍I would suggest bringing your own food if you have a spot in the bonfire area so your group can enjoy your own picnic! The food they sell at the farm is overpriced and the wait to receive the food was pretty long (~15 mins?).

I visited for the first time today. The prices were reasonable, but most of the concession stands were closed (I arrived at 2p). The staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. It would be nice if there were a few more signs/arrows telling you where things were. I will be back. I was VERY disappointed that 90% of the concessions were closed. The only thing that was open was pizza and bbq. I REALLY wanted funnel cake and kettle corn.

Cool place to take the kids to burn their energy. Spent about 5 hours their early October and the kids enjoyed themselves. Food isn't good but the experience of animal petting, corn maze, and other games they had made it fun. I enjoyed the popcorn. Perfect blend of salt and sugar. Would definitely visit again.

My son and I had been making the rounds at all of the open fall festivals, and this was the last one we checked out, about 2 weeks before Halloween. I was appreciative of the fact that there were hand sanitizing stations everywhere, the port-a-potties were relatively clean, and there was a dedicated barn to change diapers, nurse, etc. They have the typical farm animals, lots of photo ops spread throughout the farm, and a couple tractors to sit on. They had a sand area (no trucks like other farms), a football/basketball/baseball toss, a ninja obstacle course, and a few slides. The pumpkin train was also an option, which we did, but the line was very long. They have a zipline, duck races, mini mazes, and more. The corn bin was closed due to COVID. They also offer wagon rides to the pumpkin patch. I noticed no social distancing on the wagon so we passed. The food options here were better than other festivals. Wood-fired pizza, bbq, and of course the usual suspects. There was nothing particularly wrong with this festival, but after visiting Gaver Farms, there's just a certain bar set that will be hard to beat.

Fun place to visit! I went with friends during the sunflower festival and thought that it was well worth the admission. There were many activities to choose from - various games, corn maze, puzzles, ballon bounce, etc. There was a hay ride and lots of sunflower fields. This farm also has food for purchase. Anyone with lil ones or looking to spend a day outdoors, I would recommend checking out this farm.

Had a good time, there is alot of activities for all ages. There are also fire pits for parties that can be purchased on site or online. There are also a lot of snack stands.

This was our first year going to summer's for the fall festival and it did not disappoint! We were only disappointed in us for not arriving earlier! Pros -offers so much for what you pay for admission. Slides, zip line, corn huts, swings, hay ride, play structures, bouncing area.. -I saw at least five tractors driving a huge load of folks around so even though the line may look long it goes by pretty fast -tons of food options around the whole ground -able to rent a fire pit for the evening -animals were all so happy looking! I know weird for me to say it but every time I've been to a petting zoo all the animals looked miserable. The baby goats and mama's! So happy they were all together and bouncing around. We were obsessed! Great fun facts about the animals were a bonus. We saw bees making honey, baby chicks, cows, donkeys, sheep.. You get the point -beautiful fireworks at night!! Great show to end the day -accepts credit cards for entry -very organized for parking and had animals to remember which lane you parked at lol which was helpful at 8pm -gets pretty dark after sundown, I recommend bringing a flashlight and some glow sticks for the kids Cons -wish they had a few more portable bathrooms further into the farm. Walking or should I say running across the farm for one was not fun -could offer more warm drinks like hot chocolate or coffee -the store was very small and tight -wish they had more lighting sources once it got dark, was very hard to see You really get what you pay for! The kids had a blast playing and exploring. We can't wait to come back next year and this time come earlier!

Pig races, hayrides, pumpkins and more - this farm offers the ultimate in a farm world fall experience. Entry to the farm farm fest is $17, so plan to spend at least half a day. There is tons to do for everyone in your family from the wee-est to the oldest. Me and the 21-year-old had a blast on the gigantic inground trampoline. We also enjoyed the pig races. The hayride was so much fun. We bought tons of pumpkins to make jack-o'-lanterns at home, and of course we have the country store on the way out. There's also tons and tons of good stuff to eat. Bring a lot of cash and a lot of sunscreen because there is very little shade at summer farm! Otherwise this is your destination in Frederick to get down on the farm for the harvest!

The traffic going to this place is ridiculous. Lots of other pumpkin patches that don't take an hour to get in the gate.

They should be ashamed at their inability to control traffic. At the current rate it may take a few hours to get out of here. What a shame.

Pulling up on a fall day, it is quite literally pretty as a picture. We actually walked to pumpkin patch however you CAN take a tractor ride (you can bet we took one back). There is such an abundance of varieties that it felt like every few feet I was finding a new one that I HAD to take home. Which, resulted in a VERY full wagon. While getting onto the tractor, you're helped to place your pumpkins inside for their ride back to be paid for and taken home. I'm a NY native with the gift of gab, and the gentleman giving us the ride was very genuine and seemed so truly happy to be doing what he was doing. So I had to ask- "are you the new owner?!" With a smile he told me yes and I complimented him and wished him the best of luck on this endeavor, I truly find it SO satisfying when I find people giving life to agriculture. While placing our pumpkin babies in the wagon to pay, I dented on. He very kindly followed us and insisted it be free. I couldn't help but then spend MORE money, so we purchased three mums. A overflowing wagon of pumpkins and three HUGE mums, only $88! What a pleasurable time, what a reasonable price, and what lovely people to be giving my money to. Please consider Brookfield on your pick-your-own adventure!
