In time!!! They have a fabulous, wide array of light fixtures from a huge variety of manufacturers. I'm so ecstatic to find a place with such a variety of fixtures I'd otherwise never discover. Our (new) home has some busted fixtures I need to replace which drew me here but their other pieces as mentioned grabbed us. We'll be back. I have a number of (broken) light fixtures requiring replacement and this will be my source of inspiration and go to for replacement!

From the very beginning, Emily brought not only her deep knowledge of lighting design, but also an incredible eye for style. She listened closely to what I envisioned and somehow made every room feel both elevated and exactly like me. Every fixture she recommended was spot-on -- functional, beautiful, and perfectly suited to the space. They say, "People with great taste usually have a great lighting designer." If that's true, then I hit the jackpot with Emily! Her expertise, patience, and creativity made a huge difference in the final look of my home. Can't recommend her highly enough -- if you want your new home to shine, Emily's the one to call!

They placed a large order with the manufacturer and apparently that made it easier for them. I would have been mUch more impressed if they had agreed to exchange immediately and have been more concerned about my customer satisfaction. Bottom line...they have a nice selection of unusual lights and fans, mostly not in stock, so you have to wait for them and be sure you LOVE what you order because the penalty for exchange could be stiff.

It was installed incorrectly by my contractor and leaked the first time we tried to use it. I went in to Fixture exchange and gave Linda my info and what parts I wanted to purchase. I explained what parts I needed and why I needed them. She took my info and promised to email me a price for the replacement parts. After a couple of phone calls to clarify the make and model, she said she would get the info and prices and get back with me. Imagine my surprise when she called that afternoon and told me the parts were on the way to my home. She had contacted Fleurco and had secured me a warranty replacement of the parts at no cost. Linda went out of her way to assist me when I hadn't even purchased the Shower wall from her company. They are an authorized dealer and stand behind the company's products they carry. This is the kind of superb customer service that is lacking in so many companies these days. I can't imagine I would have been treated any differently had I been an actual customer of Fixture Exchange. I would like the management of Fixture Exchange to know what a jewel of an employee they have in Linda. Also, I'll add that because a part needed to be ordered, Coltin Electric will be coming back to replace/install it. And I know they'll be back in timely manner because they didn't demand or even ask for any payment after finishing with today's work. Typically laborers don't leave without having collected. I was impressed. BTW - I'm in Destin, FL and have no idea why this shows up as me being in San Francisco. ‍
