It was always someone different who didn't know me... the couple of doctors here already know more about me and i can tell they care ..plus they actually listen to what you are saying about YOUR BODY. The only downfall is having to fill out a form each time before being seen even after they know my entire family at this point and they have all our information but maybe thats just my pet peeve. it does seem like the receptionists have a high turnover rate and sometimes they don't exactly know what to do, but there is always someone there to help and figure whatever it is (typically insurance issues)..

I've tried every provider there, and unfortunately, none of them seem very knowledgeable beyond general or routine issues. One experience that stood out to me was when I went in for a gynecological concern. The female physician completely minimized my pain and didn't seem familiar with what I was describing. What made it even more disappointing was that the wall in her office had a sign saying she specializes in women's health, but that was definitely not reflected in my visit. Overall, I think they're fine for simple, everyday care, but I would not recommend them for anything more complex or specialized.
