This was my first stay at a Hilton hotel. I was skeptical of this hotel due to the price at first,…read morebut after our stay I am very pleased. We were greeted after waiting a few minutes in line to check in. Our representative was very from the beginning and assisted me with the few questions and concerns that I had. Our room was available immediately. We chose an executive suite for the night and was amazed by our gorgeous view of the sea. Our room housed a king bed, chair, and desk. We requested an additional bed. Our room was very small so once the extra bed was added our small space became even smaller. We were located right next to the executive lounge that offered afternoon snacks and drinks. We had several options for dips, fruits, veggies, desserts, cheese bread, and chicken strips. On top of that, we were offered cokes, waters, teas, and espressos.
My family and friends decided to spend the hot afternoon at the pool. This pool was large with another great view of the sea and a swim up bar. They offered a couple of beer drafts, a small amount of liquors, and frozen drinks (offered in non-alcoholic too). We were offered towels upon entering the pool area. I will admit it was kind of difficult to find the entrance since they had the gates locked around the perimeter.
I have two issues with this particular hotel. First, I read we would be offered free Wifi. I tried multiple times to connect to the wifi with no success. The only time I was allowed to connect was in the lobby. Second, my shower had mildew all along the bathroom grout. For the price I was paying, my shower should have been free and clear of mildew I feel. Our room was very clean except for that. =(
I passed by the gym on my way to the pool, but I wasn't able to get a look at it. The lobby was clean and laid out nicely. The whole backside of the lobby had an great view of the Mediterranean Sea. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to our next visit.
