People are always coming and going, so you have to circle around a few times before you can find a spot. During my most recent visit, I called in my order to pick up and when I got there, the gal at the register was struggling with my credit card. They sadly do not have Apple Pay. I hope this changes. I prefer contactless payments for fraud prevention. I have worked retail and I tried to show her how to properly swipe the card. She kept asking for another card, which I did not have. She turned to a colleague who swiped it correctly on the first attempt and she apologized for the trouble and gave me a free drink. Since moving out of Dallas, this is one of the closest Campisi's locations to where I live now, and having been to 5 of their locations, they are consistent with pizza quality throughout the chain. There was a dark period about 16-18 years ago when someone went full moron and decided to save money by switching to American Cheese. I am not kidding you. The pizza went from epic to inedible. I boycotted them for years until I was told by someone in the know that they had switched back to the original recipe. If you ate at a Campisi's during "the dark ages" when they made this switch, give them another chance. Because they're back to the original quality. I've had a lot of pizza in my life - but no one holds a candle to Campisi's. The crust. The sauce. The crispy crust. So many taste highlights and great texture. No other pizza comes close to them. None. Never soggy - AND by far, the best cold pizza I've ever had in my life. I always order more than I can eat. The rest goes in the fridge and I honestly don't even need to heat it up.
