The company refused to fix it and refused to provide me their insurance information. They then blocked any phone number I called from and refused to return messages. I managed to get their insurance information from a third party and then TC Roofing Pros also ghosted the insurance company so that my claim could not be fulfilled. I now have a new roof with a warranty that can't be used. There are plenty of roofers out there, avoid these ones.

I think a lot has changed since the first 2 reviews given in 2019 and 2020. It is now 8/2023…read more I said I wanted an estimate to repair my chimney from the roof line up. Segundo called and said he would come up on Sat. 8/12. We weren't home but he came when he said. he called from the house. Estimate, $1,700 including parts and labor. I took it. I had 3 previous estimates, $4,000, $2,900 and $1,8500. I took the last one but after 6 weeks, the man never showed up. When I called, he was too busy to to do my chimney. Segundo said he would be up on the following Wed. At 8:30AM he was there with his 4 sons. I can't praise them enough. The scaffold was up within 1/2 an hour. The work they did, scraping wherever needed, cementing where needed and filling a hole in the old cement that was crying out for a repair. When that was done, they cemented over the entire work area. Then they sanded everything and used a leaf blower to get rid of the dust. Finally, they painted. I can only appraise what I saw. They were professionals. They worked throughout the day without taking coffee breaks. They knew what they were doing and when they finished, my chimney looked brand new. And they cleaned up everything, all the debris that fell on the grass below. What more can I ask for??? I believe I received much more than the $1,700 I paid. As far as I'm concerned, what happened in 2019 and 2020 is in Segundo past. 2023 is the present. I highly recommend AZ Chimney Repair.
