I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. The food was not good and lacked flavor, especially considering how overpriced everything was. The restaurant was also super cold inside, which made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. The only thing I really enjoyed was the beautiful view overlooking the Central Valley. Unfortunately, the view alone isn't enough to justify the prices. I expected much better food and an overall better experience for what we paid. Wouldn't recommend based on my visit.

Sukai, located inside Table Mountain Casino Resort, is open only during dinner hours and is located on the top floor, offering a nice view. There is also a lounge area where you can order drinks while waiting to be seated. We came here with family to celebrate Father's Day and my mother-in-law's birthday. Our chef, Brian, was excellent! He kept everyone entertained with tricks, socialized with the table, and was a great cook. My son always loves teppanyaki, especially when they do the fire volcano. It was nice that they offered a kids' menu and were accommodating with allergies. Both my son's bento kids meal and my sister-in-law's meal were prepared separately in the back, and the staff handled everything without any issues. I ordered the salmon, and it was delicious. My husband ordered the filet mignon, and he said it was very delicious as well. Dinner included soup, salad, and ice cream or mochi for dessert. The dinner is on the pricier side, and gratuity is automatically included for larger groups. I Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return for another special occasion.

My husband and I had an amazing time at "The Table " LOL! But what really made it amazing was Tara one of the bartenders who waited on us. She was not only super friendly but made me the best old-fashioned cocktail Ive had in a long time. Tara gave us great service with a great smile and she had a wonderful attitude. Shoutout to Tara for helping us make our evening at "The Table " another great experience.

Good plate and the the food prep experience was great

I have to say this was absolutely stunning restaurant, the views are incredible the lounge is awesome while you wait for your table. The drive upto Table Mountain is beautiful and very scenic. The restaurant is very trendy, clean well maintained and the setting is perfect The food was excellent the chef was super nice, friendly and engaging with everyone. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 star is because it took so long to get the cooking started our waitress took long periods in between to refill our water or get the next food item. Reservation at 7 the cooking didn't start til 830 we left a little after 9. For just myself and only having water it was about 40$ and that's getting the cheaper item of teriyaki beef.

Udon noodle soup - 10/10 delicious!!

Yet another wonderful experience at Sukai. I honestly think this is the best restaurant in the area since it has the trifecta of outstanding service, delicious food (teppanyaki as well as sushi, udon soups, tempura, etc.) and the most gorgeous ambiance on the 11th floor - the sunsets are divine! We had Alexandra M as our server this night and she was so friendly and attentive. We were treated like VIPs and she went out of her way to make sure my Vegetarian mother had plenty of food options. I can't wait to return!

Good stuff! Loved their sashimi platter. Server was super kind shout out to #tsunami Their ice cream mochi green tea was also good and their lychee cherry martini :) would come again. Good vibes all around.

Had a great experience here! Table mountain is pretty close if you're a Fresno local. You're going up the elevator to the 12th floor to a well crafted experience. Ordered the teppanyaki but omitted pictures since, well, everyone's seen one right? Service was pretty quick, well served by Brian at the teppanyaki station and Mia as our server. Ambiance was neat and nifty with modern touches. Food was excellent, the sushi servings were good but they ran out of hamachi collars at 730 on thanksgiving

This is what Tara K recommended! Awesome Sake

We had scene the commercials for the new Lounge and we decided to visit on thanksgiving... what an amazing place! The food and appetizers were off the hook ... tasty and reasonably priced. To make things even better was the staff. Hats off to TARA K who made recommendations and provided great service and atmosphere... THANKS TARA!!!

First of all, the view of the valley and golf course is incredible. Once you check in, you get sent over to the lounge to see this view. Our chef was very nice and cooked our food very well and favored it great. The craft drinks were also excellent. The only knock on this would be the service. They didn't come to take away our soup and salad bowls until the end and no one ever bothered to refill our waters. I can't remember the name of the dessert, but it was a scoop of ice cream inside what was like a fondant but texturally felt more like a sweat sock. We were a party of 3, but they added a "large party" tip to our bill not giving us the opportunity to choose what to tip. Would we go back? Definitely, because the food and drink were good. The other issues are fixable.

Steak and shrimp combo meal was delicious!

Had a great birthday dinner for my husband. Food, service and ambiance was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! Mia provided outstanding service. Was my first time dining here but it won't be my last. Thank you Mia & team! Outstanding!

Food 10/10 - Sukai is the best teppan restaurant in the Fresno Area. The quality of the New York steak was top notch. It was cooked medium well yet it was still "melt in your mouth". The chicken was tender and juicy with a little charboil. We also got bacon fried rice which is not common in teppan places (they usually don't have bacon or upcharge). If you don't want bacon, they can also make fried rice without bacon. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. It came with the hot n spicy sauce (additional charge). Teppan chef 8/10 - He was friendly and nice; asked questions to engage the audience and had a few fancy tricks which was entertaining. I wished he would have been more engaging with the guests whether that meant more tricks or just asking questions or making jokes. Overall, he was professional and cooked our meal well so no complaints there. Server 5/10 - this is where I was a little disappointed and had to take away a star from my review. The server was nice and friendly. She took our order and drinks promptly. However, once our teppan chef was there, she was nowhere to be found. I had an empty glass of water almost the entire time during my meal as I didn't see our server anywhere. I had to ask the chef and the chef had to stop cooking and go ask someone to fill our water. I don't think that is customary and I'm sure the chef also didn't appreciate that as that's not his job. So it was a little annoying how our server didn't tend to us after the chef came out. She showed up at the end with out check and boxes but that was about it. My recommendation to make this a 5 star review would be to ensure the server at least circulates the teppan tables 1-2 times while the guests are dining to ask for refills and take dishes away. Overall, I had an amazing experience and was really happy with the experience. It was my first time here but it won't be my last! This place is def a great place to go in special occasions and I would highly recommend!

Vintage Steak House, Coarsegold: 2026 Jun 7 (4.72 of 5)…read more Vintage Steakhouse is one of our go-to eateries. We're celebrating our 35th year wedding anniversary here. From the time we stepped in and was greeted by the friendly hostess to the time we left, we were genuinely pleased with the staff here. I ordered the Tasting Menu and my hubby ordered French Onion Soup, Oscar Stryle & Prime Rib from their main menu. TASTING MENU: Amuse Bouche (watermelon gazpacho shooter): Refreshing way to awaken the palate. (5 of 5) Seared Sea Scallops (seared scallops, honey dijon aioli, citrus caviar beurre blanc): The crisp, caramelized crust of the scallops opens up to a luxurious naturally sweet and juicy interior. The scallops had depth of flavour, and the citrus shines through. It's buttery without any fishiness. The asparagus pieces were cooked through but still maintain its crunch. Everything works on this plate. (5 of 5) Chef Victor (sic) Pan Roasted Salmon (seared salmon preserved lemon beurre blanc, salmon chicharron, dill oil): The fish was beautifully seasoned and the sauce complemented the fish. What a perfect match - lemon beurre blanc and dill oil. The topper was bland but the sauce makes up for it. I could lick up the sauce - it's that good. (4.75 of 5) Chef Eli (sic) Filet Mignon (7 oz sliced filet mignon steak, carrot puree, oyster mushrooms, bordelaise sauce, crispy parsnip): A good filet mignon should melt-in-your-mouth because it comes from the softest, lean meat cut. My medium rare order was nearly there but the meat arrived cold. The carrot puree is vibrant in color - has a smooth, naturally sweet, earthy taste, and balanced perfectly with the meat. The mushrooms were over salted but was helped by the sweet smooth carrot puree. The cold meat brought an otherwise perfect score down. (4.5 of 5) Chef Jose (sic) White Chocolate Mousse (callebaut belgium white chocolate mousse filled with raspberry gel on top of a sacher torte sponge with fresh raspberries and chantilly cream): When I think of chocolate mousse, I think delicate, light, airy, cloud-like melt-in-your-mouth yumminess. This didn't have that. The dome was a hard shell. Though the presentation aced on this dessert, the texture and flavour did not quite live up to its name. (3.5 of 5) French Onion Soup: This is the ultimate comfort food. It offers a bold harmony of sweet, caramelized onions and rich, savoury beef broth, crowned with a thick layer of gooey, toasted cheese. Very satisfying. (5 of 5) SURF n TURF: Prime Rib 12 oz: The medium rare meat was beautiful to look at but not quite as brilliant to eat. Overall, this is a tasty dish but was quite chewy. They aced the sauce. (4.25 of 5) Oscar Style Crab: The Oscar-style crab béarnaise sauce combines the sweet, flaky texture of crabmeat with a warm, velvety French emulsion of butter, egg yolks, and herbs. It's luxurious, rich flavour is complex and decadent but balanced. Great harmony. So indulgent! (5 of 5) Our server, Steven is amiable but not in your face, which we truly appreciate. Steven radiates warmth and good-natured charm. (5 of 5) We were seated at a table but changed our seating to bar-side. They have an open-kitchen concept. From there, we could see who's cooking our meal and watch the seamless quiet communication and the care each chef takes in presenting the dishes. Sam, who worked on the salads was friendly and truly a genius in balancing the different textures and flavours together. (5 of 5) The complimentary bread came warm and tasted fresh. We were also presented with a complimentary dessert with the words "Happy Anniversary" written on the plate. (5 of 5) Mixed Drinks: Very good mix by bartender George. (5 of 5)

Courtney was the hostess and we really appreciate her accommodation. The steakhouse had an open kitchen and dining room was dimmed and very lovely We started with a raspberry lemon drop and a glass of red. For appetizers we ordered: Crab Cakes: 9/10 yummy but wished it was portioned for 2 French onion soup: 10/10, rich but not overwhelming. Delicious! Caesar Salad: 8/10, should have asked for dressing on the side For entrees: Tomahawk: 8.5/10 delicious and enjoyed the steak sauce Bone in ribeye: 9/10, solid, should just order 2 but the tomahawk was a must after a good night at the slots Sides: 10/10 garlic mash, good flavor not overwhelming 10/10 Onion Fries 8/10 risotto, good flavor and really enjoyable for non risotto eating people They ran out of the brussel sprouts Admittedly me and my boo tend to be over order-ers, but leftovers were great! Really good quality food especially tucked in a casino. The prices were fair but reasonable for where it was located. This was the best meal (aside from home cooked) that we had during our trip!

I've never had a better filet mignon and the people at my table had the same experience with their ribeye and chicken. Chloe was an excellent waitress. She made the experience even better. It was so refreshing to have your salad and two sides included with the price of your meal. Can't wait to surprise my steak loving friends! It's kinda strange these days that it is difficult to get a good steak no matter what high end restaurant you're at! This is the place!!!! I Don't have to wait another 30 years:)) Bonus: They were very accommodating for 9 of us celebrating my son's 40th. (Now we're the same age:))

Right from the start, they brought out these warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven dinner rolls that were absolutely to die for. I did noticed on the menu, it mentioned these rolls were from Max's Bistro & Bar from Fresno. For the main course, the Harrah Ranch steaks were incredibly flavorful and juicy, The T-Bone steak we ordered was cooked exactly to our liking. Even the side salad stood out because the lettuce was so crisp. To top it all off, the service was fantastic from the second you walk in. We loved our server because she was very attentive, She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. We will definitely be back!

Cambo, our bartender, was amazing, very attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was excellent and did not disappoint. I ordered the short rib and swapped the side for the mushroom risotto, which was creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. My date had the meatloaf, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We both enjoyed the round pond cab with dinner, before we wrapped up the night with old-fashioneds before heading home. Birthday dessert was a nice treat too! Everything about the evening was wonderful -- we'll definitely be back!

We were really looking forward to coming here after being new to the area and stumbling upon it because our groomer is across the street - but please, beware. The menu is confusing and lacks identity - Latin/italian/american? Just pick one and do it well as opposed to trying to do it all. The ambiance is adorable with special handmade- steel art all over the walls but the food just sucks. Von's sourdough baguette? Really? Like guests wouldn't notice? The amuse-bouche is basically a stale crostini with flavorless cream cheese on top and they call it a "mousse". Crispy Brussel spouts were greasy and too aldente and lacked salt - the calamari was flavorful but soggy - maybe they need to change the oil - the kale salad was a Taylor farms Costco Caesar with like 2 pieces of chopped kale and un-toasted pine nuts sloppily thrown on top. Do better and you will be more profitable.
