I am a professional makeup artist contracted by this company, and I can tell you these folks…read moregenuinely have been abysmal to deal with from an employee standpoint and I'm not sure what that says about them as a company, but I would NOT trust your credit card number with them. They pay us via their own online payroll system and we have to login to to transfer our funds to a bank account or Paypal. After working a few jobs with them, my account was hacked and someone was able to login, add a new transfer method and transfer my wages to their account within 4 minutes of my being notified of a "new login". I saw it immediately as I was on my computer when it happened, and changed the password, but it was too late. They had transferred funds to a Paypal account that was named with my last name, so it's obvious that there was some kind of data breach in their system that allowed for someone to strategize this and did this either to track their transfers or simply to fly under the radar and not be noticed. I didn't share my password or login with anyone, nor did I have any other login attempts or hacks on any other account so it's obviously stemmed from wherever this data is being stored. This also obviously was someone that knew their system well enough to be able to do this so quickly in spite of their website backend being a little strange to navigate. After completely ignoring multiple emails, their controller finally responded. I was shocked at the lack of seriousness in the company's response. I could not imagine why any company would not take seriously that their data is so not secure, that their employees wages are straight up getting stolen. Who runs their company that way? When I finally did get a response, the controller was not only NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT apologetic or empathetic for ACTUAL WAGES from hours of SKILLED WORK getting stolen from THEIR lack of security in THEIR unfortunate excuse for a payroll system, but when asked what the company was willing to do to rectify or assure me that I was safe to continue working and this would not happen again, she simply responded by denying that this has ever happened before and saying there was nothing she could do. I was floored. Any company that handles their employees and their online security this way has no ethics (at best) and can absolutely not be trusted, especially with your data and credit card info.

She fixed my orange tips and gave my hair dimension with a balayage. She happily spent three hours to get my hair perfect and even recommended her favorite styling products for keeping healthy hair in the desert. The space is clean, there's a good amount of parking that's covered (bonus)! It's a hidden gem~ next to the Family Dollar. The ladies working here are relaxed and friendly. There's isn't a competitive vibe you get at other salons. It's intimate with four booths and a private room for facials. They do extensions, facials, color corrections, haircuts, up do, blow outs and more. I love finding artists/craftspeople who love what they do. Mary has a passion and talent for color. She even restored my hair's silky shine with her brilliant formulas. My favorite part is how inspired I am by her positivity, outlook in life and transparency. What I received in return was the rudest email with a bunch of lies (attached) - which was unprofessional and unnecessary when I was giving her feedback in a constructive/nice way. To start, I did a trial, and the artist they sent crushed it! Unfortunately, a few days before my wedding, I was told they were in an accident, so they were sending someone else. (From what I heard but can't confirm is that the accident was weeks before, but they chose to wait until the last minute to tell me, so I didn't have time for another trial or to potentially find someone else...) Either way, I understand things happen, so I rolled with it. (I was not offered a refund for that trial cost...) For my wedding weekend, the new artist did a great job with makeup, and the second person they sent for the bridesmaids also did a great job with their makeup. Hair is where things went wrong. Attached are images of what I asked for vs. what I got. On my wedding day, we started on my hair and makeup over two hours early, but my blowout took so long that there was no time to fix it before heading down the aisle. Every bridesmaid also disliked their hair. We paid lots of money for the most basic curls or pony... She also did not know how to secure my veil because my hair was down; thankfully, I had seen a TikTok hack the week before. All and all, it sucks to look back at wedding photos and dislike your hair. I can't have that day back, and having such a rude response from the business owner still bugs me.
