My mom requested a deep cleaning for a mother's day/birthday gift since i have two kids, go to…read morenursing school and work. I was really excited about getting a deep clean for me and my husbands home because we have lived there for over a year now and had never gotten it deep cleaned. These women seem very nice when meeting them and i let them know it is a gift from my mother and thank you for doing this for me. I come back 5 hrs later and pay her $356 .She did two loads of laundry and it looked like she had put things away and did a good job. Comes to find out she left my floors all sticky from mopping and there was still dirt/grass after i swept when she supposedly "deep cleaned". She did not move anything to sweep or mop under anything. My mother texted her these pictures i sent her about how bad of a job she did and this was her response. "I apologize I just got home and had a chance to read this, but it was swept, vacuumed, and mopped twice. I'm sorry but we spent 5 hours there and we can't confirm that the pictures taken by you weren't from before the job was completed. I will send you my after pictures of my completed work to show you that it did not look like that. Your daughter also told me it looked good before I left. We already took $9.75 off your total price due to being short with the cash on hand." Yes i was short $9 because i was not expected to pay that much and i told her i could cashapp her the rest and she said don't worry about it. She also sent this " It's actually a very common thing that people do. We do not move furniture. But we do get under things and around baseboards as well. Can show me a time stamp of the pictures taken? Do you understand where I am coming from. I just spend 5 hours in your daughters house, and it was pretty bad, my work and my employees work is not going to be criticized and refunded. If we spent 2 hours there I can see why you would be pissed. But 5 hours is more than enough time for a deep clean and if you look at the pictures again then you will see that it's spotless where could that have come from?" I do not think it is very common for people not to move stuff for such an expensive "deep clean" She even left my toilet unscrubbed and just put blue cleaner in it. I do not recommend this company!
