She poured a pop on the couch and it didn't absorb!! They delivered the couch the next day and it wouldn't fit in any of my building's elevators. I was afraid I'd have to return it. The delivery guys left. Then an hour later Amy Jo called me and said they were coming back with a their guy and we're gonna carry this massive sectional couch up 12 flights of stairs for me!! Not she says that the repair person didn't tell her the parts were not sent. She blames the manufacturer or the repair person, anyone but not taking blame herself. I spent $6400, and I want my furniture fixed! One year is just not acceptable. I'm tired of being bullied because I am a senior citizen and they think they can blow me off. I think I have been much more patient than the average person.
