The doctors in this practice are all experienced and care about their patients. I have been seeing Dr. Woodall for years to manage symptoms of BPH. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to listen to me about my symptoms and concerns for the future. He has greatly improved the quality of my life. In addition, the staff at this office are amazing. They are kind and compassionate. They actually answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. read more

I'm a new patient there and won't be for too long, so far I have been unable to get my medication because they have yet to submit a pre-approval for it, they work at a glacier pace. If you could go somewhere else do it! read more

These people do not answer their phones. I called 3 times today and ledger messages on the appointment line, the general questions line, and the front desk to no avail. This is crazy! I've been a patient for 20 years now, and this is unacceptable. If the practice sees this review it can call me to discuss this and if the issue is resolved I will remove this review. read more

I made an appointment with Dr. Jason Kim, yet his NP did the consult. When Dr. Kim came in, he saw me for less than five minutes- strictly to do an exam. He then left and I never saw him again. Insurance companies should be notified about what's going on. I went for a second opinion and got a completely different answer as to what may be going on. read more

I was sent there due to an emergency and was given dr Kim which was at that moment the only dr available to see me so I went, he's was ok but then when I wanted to see another dr by the name of dr Aron Woodall which is a superb urologist I was denied to see him, they said I could not switch doctors and that was there policy.. that if not I would have to find another doctor... it's unlawful to force a doctor upon you that is not of your choice.. the woman who called me was very condescending and rude.. this place is horrible read more

This may be TMI but i'm going to share it with you anyway! I had a kidney problem..it made going #1 hurt real bad. Constant infections....mainly because of my diet at the time. I was sent to a Urologist and I thought to myself "oh god...im a 60 year old man". Low and behold I got to the office and yes, there were a bunch of old men sitting there waiting to see the Doctor. I was nervous. I thought they'd think I was a freak because im so young and...well...female. But no, it was actually a very comfortable experience. Aside from when he probed me which wasnt fun AT ALL (im not that kinda gal!). After a bunch of anti-biotics and some dietary changes my kidneys are as good as new. my wife is a patient there. the doctors are good but office staff is not at all helpful and many times rude. the worst problem is of communication. usually no human being picks the phone. you have to leave the message. Half the time the messages are not returned and when returned it is after 2/3 days. they are not at all sensitive to patients needs and care. read more

Dr. Kim speaks excellent English and dresses like a Doctor. As a patient you really need to call the lab they send you to and request a copy of the results be mailed directly to you so you can read it yourself (and so you have a copy), it's actually written in pain English. I have no comment on their ability to utilize or maintain records transmitted by fax, and I also have no comment about them losing records or never returning messages- In fact I'm not writing anything negative about this place, and my one star (Dr. Kim is a STAR!) rating is my strongly held opinion that contains no slander. Several years ago my primary physician referred me to a urologist, Dr. Edward A. Loizides, who had treated her own father. Dr. Loizides is without a doubt a true professional. He puts you at ease immediately by treating you as a person and not just as a collection of symptoms. He tunes into your fears and concerns and responds to your questions in an honest, informative and comforting manner. I have undergone two procedures while under his care and I would definitely recommend Dr. Loizides to anybody who is in need of a urologist. read more
