He sold my home in 17 hours, that must be some kind of record! He did multiple walk throughs of my property and told exactly what I needed to do to make my home look show home ready and he was right!! He even helped the buyers realtor do their job. He is an absolute professional and unbelievably knowledgeable on everything property and real estate related. He provided context I didn't even think I would need, like future development plans for the area surrounding the properties I was looking at. He had all my titles, covenants, historic sale information, etc., on hand. He was so thoughtful and truly cared about what I was looking for. I never once felt like my time was wasted.
