The guy medical assistant said that Dr. Bergen left I stated I appointment at 2:45 and he tells me I understand. I'm very sorry but the doctor has here. I'm very I'm boiling so he says let me check with the other doctor to see if she can squeeze you in so I said please he came back stated that she had no openings and there's nothing they can do I stated why didn't I get a phone call or a text stating that the doctor will not be of me leaving work early and here and he tells me he's sorry again sorry he's not gonna . This is unprofessional towards the patient and inconvenience. He asked me that I wanna make an appointment. I said no absolutely not. I'm going to Atlantic care they treat you so much better there.
