DO NOT USE SUDDENLINK. They constantly try to entice people who don't know how terrible they are with "free 200$ gift card"s that you will NEVER see, they will tell you that is hasn't been 3 months and then the second time you try to reach out they will tell you you had a late payment, I know this isn't true because my account is and has been on autopay since the day I got it, customer service just says "there's nothing I can do". If you've gotten this far and you're thinking "oh this guys just a Karen who paid his bill late and now he's mad" you should also keep in mind that this company will never deliver the speeds they promise, I am on the 1 GB down speed package and it is very VERY rarely even at 100 MB/s, that's 1/10 if you didn't know. Save yourself the head ache of dealing with overseas call lines for nothing and just avoid this internet provider, there's plenty of others. read more
