Was extremely welcoming when I arrived and got me a courtesy ride back to my home which was a major convenience: this was due to how close I live to the facility. Took my truck and sedan in on separate days, each taking about 4-hours to detail. I didn't get my carpets shampooed and opted for the basic exterior wash. Both vehicles were completed in the estimated time and seeing them detailed was awesome. My truck interior literally looked better than the day I bought it new. My sedan is a bit older and still looked awesome...for not being thoroughly cleaned in almost 5-years, I doubt a better result could've been produced.
