I would give a zero if that were an option. I placed an online order to the 965 Talbot St location. When I clicked the submit button, the toppings on the subs changed. I called the store to get it corrected. Two employees insisted I did not place an order and that I needed to bring in my bank statement to prove I did. Igo in with proof that I had placed an order and low and behold my incorrect order was ready. I explained that I called because the toppings were wrong and that I was told an order was not placed. They said that it was too busy to watch the orders. There was one other couple in the shop and two employees were doing nothing. I asked for the subs to be made correctly, they refused. The manager acted like he didn't remember talking to me a half hour prior. I explained there was stuff on the sub I couldn't eat, he said too bad that is what was ordered. He was very rude.
