Delivery insured the order will never be as good as eating in-house. Well, all of the above is true. But even after riding in a delivery car, the chicken was excellent. My wife had the fingers, I had a sandwich. I also ordered the large fries. And as I figured, the quantity was over the top. But as I said, some things don't travel well. Having said that, you could tell the fries were perfect when they came out of the frier, but after 15-20 minutes between frying and delivery, not so much. My bad, not Super Chix. They were still very good, but a touch soggy. Regardless, we'll be back. My wife and I will go visit in person next time. Really good chicken!! Go for it!

It had a little sweet sauce and green stuff that my mom liked more than me. I mostly focused on the pork and blueberries, which I did try and did not spit out -- so that's a win. I also had the fries (they were very good, trust me, even though Mom forgot to take a picture). I would eat those again immediately. Overall: fun plate, good bites, and I stayed in my seat the whole time, which means it was excellent. I would come back. Probably for fries.

I set it on my counter put my purse down and went to grab the bag to open it and a mouse jumped out of the bag. I called Zaxby's and informed them, then wrote a letter to the corporate office. The next day I called the health department and left a message. A week later I have not heard from Zaxby's or the Health Department. Very traumatic experience! Will never go back!

I pulled up to the drive thru window and asked for the manager at the location (Starrs Mill Panera in Peachtree City) and the Managers Michelle and Ashley jumped on it for me to get in touch with the Atlanta location and cancel my order and refund me as well. To my biggest surprise, Ashley redid my order and gave it to me within minutes at no charge. I just cried. What customer service she and Michelle had and turned my bad day into a wonderful day. I appreciate them both going over and beyond with superior customer service. They said, "its what we are supposed to do". That gesture made my day. Thank you Ladies, you earned a new customer.
