Whoever is in charge of this place needs to be demoted or fired. They messed up a regular "normal" turkey sub. Then for my daughter's.. I specifically said that she is allergic to olives. When we got home, she had extra olives on her sub. The wait wasnt too bad. But the service was awful. And whoever was in charge that afternoon looked like she hadnt bathed in a month and her uniform looked dirty too. They wont miss me and I wont miss them. read more

Had a turkey sub at Subway today went through the drive-thru . Big mistake the bread was hard on the end . Meaning it was probably yesterday's bread . Ask for regular Coke they gave me Diet Coke. Probably the worst Subway ever. First the store is arranged badly. No flow that makes sense. Not just us but all the customers after us were unsure of where to stand to be in line but out of the way fore the others ordering their subs. Second my daughter ordered a salad and the girl put three times more dressing on it than it needed. My wrap was mangled. She had no idea how to roll it. My husband's sub was also smashed. He ordered one of the signature subs, yet she had no idea what to put on it. I've never had such a poor experience at a subway. read more

We stopped here for lunch. The person behind the counter was too grumpy and very unskilled. They were out of light mayo and chipotle southwest. She broke the sandwich in pieces while folding the bread into a sandwich. They were out of olives as well. Even the bread felt very stale and not fresh. It seems she was not trained well or did not care about the job at all. This reflects very poorly on the brand and makes a bad experience. This happened to all three sandwiches we ordered. read more

So we got coupons advertising that the corned beef reuben had returned, and so we planned to meet for lunch at this Subway and get them and save a little with the coupons. We made sure there were no restrictions on the coupons about not applying to certain kinds of subs or not being usable on certain days of the week, etc. Nothing like that. As we were ordering our food, we're were openly discussing which coupon we would be using - we went with a BOGO coupon and my wife ordered a larger sub than she intended to eat to get the most out of the deal. Then, after the subs had been made and we were paying out, THAT is when the girl behind the counter decided to tell us that her store manager wasn't accepting any of true coupons for the reubens. According to the manager (who was too cowardly to come out and tell us any of this herself), she believes that "at participating locations" means that she is allowed to choose in what circumstances to accept coupons, rather than it meaning that either her store participates and accepts coupons always or doesn't participate and puts up a sign warning people as much. When we talked about the possibility of taking our coupons elsewhere, the girl behind the counter mentioned that her manager also ran or owned the one in Apalachin. So that's two Subways we know to avoid now. I wouldn't have minded them not participating in a coupon deal if it were legal and across the board and if they put up signs. But they're sneaky and backhanded about it, most likely hoping to trick people into bringing them in and being unable to use them. It is a sleezy way to run a business. read more

I used to work for a subway and they are breaking so many rules. First of all wall in and the floor is soaked with no wet floor sign out. Then we get to the counter and order and one of the workers was wearing a hoodie and no hat. And the other was flirting with the customer at the end of the line. Once the other start to help he wasn't very polite and couldn't wait to get back on his phone. My husband sits down to eat his hot sub and one of the pieces of meat is frozen cold still. read more

Very disappointing experience here! We had coupons that we were going to use for the Rueben sub, because it did not say ANYWHERE on the coupon or in the restaurant that we couldn't, and only after we ordered them did the cashier decide to tell us that they were not honoring them at that store and it was "at the manager's discretion." I really wanted to leave the subs there but I was on my lunch break and had to eat. The manager did not even had the decency to come out and speak to us about it. Needless to say I will not be going back and she lost two customers as result of her poor managerial skills! Well, what is there to say? This is a standard subway restaurant. The service was good, the sandwich was good, but not great. I can make a better sandwich at home, but when i'm in the mood for something quick an easy I usually turn to subway because it's healthy. I believe this location is the worst Subway around. I've given them enough chances to get it right but no more. They have ONE job to do which is make a damn sandwich but they prove that it's just too difficult a task apparently. On THREE recent drive thru visits it was a complete bust. First time they gave me something completely different than what I ordered, I didn't know it until I got far away and opened it at my destination, I called to let them know but they said they couldn't do anything about it b/c the new owner/mgr. told them to handle it that way!..wtf? second AND third time in drive thru I actually left without ordering b/c they told me both times in a very nasty tone that "you'll have to wait".... up yours Subway! Simple enough, sandwiches, drive up--basic and minimal detail. Yeh until you hire a staff from hell that is. Unbelievable experience at this hole in the wall. New girl, she made a mistake, which is fine but when she called over the girl to help fix it, my god I couldn't believe my eyes nor ears. Made such a big deal over it, went as far as giving me an attitude, and said ..so what do you want in the most snotty way it was possible to say it. How about this..for starters ..I'd like what I ordered. Gives a kids meal, with nothing but a sandwich..apparently the new girl rung it up wrong. Finally after watching her stare at the receipt for what felt like eternity while kids are going all off in the back watching her try to put a 2 piece puzzle together , I finally said can I just pay the $1 difference or whatever the difference is for what I wanted so I could move on with my day.
