They put it into a box, stratifying the contents (so it goes rice then lamb then naan then chicken then chutney, usually) and you go home and eat it. A lot of these people come into Mcdonalds and they seem to bring children. This means that even before midday this place is a noisy and packed level of hell. Devil children being fed fatty food in order to successfully maintain our no1 position in Europe for child obesity. It's almost impossible to get a seat. If you must mcdo, mcdon't come to this one. However, the thing that can vary vastly from restraunt to restraunt is the quality of the service. There are two McDonald's in Leicester city centre and this is the biggest and the best. This McDonald's is located on East Gates which is just a stones throw from the clocktower and the main shopping centre, bus station are all located very closely. This place gets extremely busy at peak times, in fact having been to an outlet in central London, I would say this is even busier. This is not a problem though, as the staff are absolutely fantastic and turn around orders extremely fastly and very rarely make mistakes. At other McDonald's i've been to, I would be counting into double digits the amount of times I've got wrong orders, but never once have I had this happen at this outlet, despite often going at busy and chaotic times. The restraunt itself is large and spacious and you should be able to find somewhere to sit even at the busiest of times. The place is well maintained, cleaning is consistent and I can't even complain about the toilets. All in all, in terms of efficiency of service, one of the best McDonald's you could possibly go to.
