Standard Subway shop except the veggies were covered over by a glass cover. Yes I've seen the meats covered every where I go but I hadn't seen the veggies covered before. I ordered my usual number one meal. I'm so glad Subway has focused on the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The server asked me if I wanted the green peppers and onions put on the sandwich before she toasted it. I said yes and it was much better that way. I never had Subway offer it that way before. Everything is better in Texas. Both employees gave me friendly greetings upon arrival and took my order right away. The restroom was clean and had a pleasant aroma. read more

Nice staff. Bathrooms clean but out of paper towels. Food on par. The biggest problem is they went Pepsi. We always stop here driving down from Dallas. I wonder why they wear gloves. The lady that fixed my sandwich touched all the ovens, fridge doors and went to back and grabbed pans then with same gloves on fixed my sandwich-- that is Gross! She was to lazy to change gloves out. Worst experience ever! To start when I ordered on the app it didn't give me the discount when I put the code in. Ok, fine. I could deal with that. I pull up to the drive thru to pick up my order at the appointed time and sit for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. I had noticed they were busy when I pulled into in so I thought ok, no big I'll just go inside. I stood in line for 30 minutes. One of the employees appeared to be in training, The other one just up there and did nothing to help her. Also she wasn't wearing a hat or mask, which per company website all employees are required to wear. When I finally got up to the counter for my turn I told her I had an online order and my name. She goes "oh the online order"In a very snotty voice. No hey thanks for waiting, I appreciate your patience. Nothing. She actually proceeded to make my order instead of making the trainee do it. As she was making my sandwich she was going to toast it. I had asked for it untoasted when I ordered online. I politely as possible said it wasn't supposed to be toasted but l did ask for the meat to be heated up . She proceeded to tell me they don't do that in a very nasty tone. I said that was odd as every other time I have requested that it hasn't been a problem. She removed the meat put it in the microwave container and put it in the microwave. She then grabbed a new piece of bread and in another nasty tone asked if I wanted it warned up or would I be satisfied with how it was. At that point I had had enough and asked her if she could refrain from the attitude. She responded that she didn't have an attitude but I needed to lose my attitude. I have been a customer service manager and had she been my employee she would have been fired on the spot. I will never favor them with my business again! If zero stars were an option that's what they would get! read more

We stopped by to grab some lunch and we were actually relatively pleased with the food. Got a sandwich soup and cookies and everything tasted just fine and was put together the way I wanted it. The only problem was the mess. The restaurant looks clean on the surface; brightly lit, nice newer tables and booths, but when you walk through the dining area ugh. Crumbs and chunks on the floor, and most of the tables still have remnants from the last occupants at them. read more

The quality for price is very good, and the service is A+. This recent order had to be changed from lunch to dinner with a last minute call and they didn't flinch!
