I can't explain in words the many ways this subway has disappointed me. Picture this... you've been working all day and haven't had breakfast or lunch yet.. the only thing that's getting you through the day is knowing that when you get a break, you're headed straight to subway to demolish a foot long sub.. the moment finally happens and you speed your way to the Falher Subway only to find out that it is CLOSED.. now picture this happening 4 days in a row.
I have been told that this is due to them not having staff to be able to open but a post on their google page would be helpful.
Furthermore... when the subway has been open in the past, I've never seen subway employees take such a great amount of time to figure out how to make a basic sub. On one occasion I went to get a sub here and was told I need to wait because one staff member needed to get their supply order done while the other staff member made awkward eye contact with me while he stood there for 5+ minutes measuring the bread dough to make sure it was the right length.... Every staff member I've experienced there is extremely slow and cannot multi task. Their array of toppings is rarely stocked and usually looks very old and warm.
I will continue to go to this subway as it is the only one near where I work but I can assure you, I am disappointed every time I do go there. read more
