Probably the worst Subway experience I've ever had. Only two workers, an older white lady and younger black girl...both of whom had the worst level of customer service I've ever experienced. White lady was incredibly rude and standoffish about what breads and cheese they had. Also, they were out of flatbread, olives, and vinegar which are pretty staple ingredients. The other girl was a bit nicer but still very cold. Im not sure why people like this work in customer service - neither one of them said thank you or smiled even once, barely made eye contact. By far the nastiest Subway/"Fast Food" places I have ever visited. - The veggies looked like they were picked out of the trash a week ago. Tomato's were essentially tomato paste and spinach was from 1999. - They didn't have half the sauces they offer, and they won't let you add sauce after you put veggies, however they are very happy to fill and waste plastic cups so I can add the sauce later...??? (This is the only subway I've been to that does this yet she claims this is the subway way...) I thought I was paying you to build my sandwich, not determine the way it is constructed. I stopped in to grab some cookies, and while I was waiting in line, the customer in front of me was having trouble paying . It was taking quite a while, and I didn't want to add more pressure so I politely asked an employee for the restroom code while I waited , but white woman Who seemed to be the manager told me I needed to buy something first and wait my turn before using the restroom. I tried to explain that I had already been waiting for a long time and I told her am going to buy something , I just need to use restroom and by the time I get back I'll get my food but she was very rude and mean about it , I think she needs to get fired and she told the other employee don't sell him anything and I just felt bad for that employee he seemed like a nice guy cause she probably treats him very badly. Hands down the worst Subway I have ever been to. (Of course, we could have just gotten really bad luck with the employees and the table was so gross that we had to ask for a rag to wipe it down, which the employees were rude about (handing us a dry rag, giving looks, ect). They also made both of our orders wrong, either forgetting to add something, or adding way too much mayo on mine. When I was asking for more olives, the employee refused, mumbling something about their policy being to give 6 olives (I know this, and I also know that unless they have a weird manager or the employee was just confused, the general policy tends to be that they start with six olives, and then add more as the customer asks. I wanted two handfuls of olives for my foot long, so I wasn't going crazy with the order or anything.) On top of everything, they packaged the subway terribly-when I took it out of the bag, it nearly fell apart, and they added so much extra mayo it bled through the wrappings. Good lord, the final price for just sandwiches, no drinks or chips was $33, $35 when you add a $2. tip. No one wants to spend that much on a sub sandwich. I had the worst experience and felt ripped off. The manager was very rude. After I paid and I even gave a tip which I regret, I went to get two unsweetened ice teas that I paid for they didn't have any brewed or in the fountain machine. I went back to ask for a refund for the drinks I paid for and the manager said they didn't give refunds. I told her I wanted ice tea that didn't sugar or wasn't Diet Coke. She said To me that it was clear there wasn't ice teas and I said I didn't see that until after I paid and it wasn't clear. So I then asked if I could exchange something in fridge she said they cost more and I would have to pay extra for them. So I then offered to only get one drink in fridge for price of two I paid for which was about $5.00. She said no and stopped me from getting anything out of fridge. Decided to head over to Vision Works instead for my kids eye appt and stop at Subway afterwards. I would like to take this time to appreciate and acknowledge exceptional customer service. I visited this restaurant two days ago and a young man by the name of Alford took my order. During the entire process, Alford was polite, efficient, and personable while serving meals. He was attentive to every customer's needs, not just mine as I've noticed him provide others with the same professional, courteous service. Even my wife made a comment that she liked the young man's manners and his professionalism.
