By far my worst experience. There are 2 in Sylacauga that you should go to instead. A wrap is considered a foot long, so they've told me, and they gave me one slice of cheese. Apparently this is the new policy. If you can't afford to feed the customers that are paying, maybe it's time to close. They put one slice of cheese and then got snappy when I said I wanted more. My wife and her mom stopped at this subway to use a 2 for $13 subway coupons she received in the mail from subway. She had to repeatedly ask for more vegetables on every single selection, they would only put a very small amount of each one on a sandwich. Literally 4 sliced olives on a footlong. Stingiest subway we ever saw. When she went to pay they said they don't accept coupons. My wife told them they could just keep them if they didn't honor subway coupons. Her mom went ahead and paid over $12 for 1 bacon, ham, and turkey sandwich. When she got home she discovered there was just a single piece of bacon and NO ham, NO turkey on the entire footlong. I know times are tough and all, but the cheap processed "meats" subway has been selling for the past year only costs them a few cents per sandwich. An entire footlong has less than $2 worth of ingredients in them. Apparently 500% markup is not enough at this location. read more

I visited subway of childersburg Sept 9 me an my mother always get the same thing we split a footlong tuna on wheat the only difference is she gets mayo I do not so I asked the girl to make sure an not let them touch cause iam highly allergic so upon checking out my total came to ten dollars an change so I said a footlong is only 6 and some change why am I paying ten she replied that when I asked to separate them that I made them two six inches so this is not in no shape form or fashion considered good customer service and as I spoke to the owner her reply was we are running a business so that is supposed to make it ok in her eyes so consider geting yalls sandwiches elsewhere cause we should not support businesses with that attitude always do your guest right cause if it wasent for us u would not be a business at all and subway has lost site of this I did not make subway loose any thing of profit by asking them to do my sandwich this way matter of fact the girl even was gonna put them in the same sack just as they normally do but I said if I am being charged for two then put them in two diff bags please help by not helping a business operate this way right is right wrong is wrong an this is wrong and it is never ok businesses should always wanna save your guest money unacceptable subway read more
