I ordered online. I was sent "your order is ready ". I arrived in the restaurant to find it deserted, I called out "hello" and got no response, waited a couple of minutes and called out again. At this point it was more than 15 minutes after receiving confirmation that my already paid for order was ready. The girl came from the back, I told her that I had an online order. She seemed to not understand English and kept asking what I wanted her to start. I showed her my app saying that I had an already paid for order. At this point I just wanted my money back, but she refused, she yelled at me "No!!!! I make now!!!". I said "No, I just want my money back ", again she screamed "No!!! I am extremely displeased with my recent order. I received the wrong order which is unacceptable. As I am currently very sick, I had to have the food delivered, which was very expensive for just one sandwich. Given this poor experience, I will not be ordering from this location again. read more

This has quickly become my favorite Subway location! The service is stellar and they really seem to genuinely care about their sandwich-making... my food is not only delicious, it's quick and exactly the way I ask for it! This location does participate in the Subway rewards program, which is totally worth the trouble of carrying the card. Everything here - bathrooms included - is clean and cared for. Their veggies are always fresh and well-stocked, they always participate in the latest promotion, and consistently share a positivity attitude and high quality product! Side note; they have Cherry Coke and Garden Vegetable Sun Chips, which are my fav with my Veggie Delite sandwich! read more

I had not been in this Subway in years. 7 by my last count (and previous review) however I found myself on the way to work one recent evening and wanted something other than fast food. I walked in the door about 5 minutes before closing and was warmly welcomed. I told them I knew I was super late and if they wanted to finish closing, I wouldn't take offense. They said no problem and asked me what I wanted. Right on! I ordered a Turkey sub, named the toppings I wanted and grabbed a bag of chips. In short order the sub was completed, heated and paid for. Out the door I went. The sandwich was delicious and the customer service out of this world. I'll def be back. read more

Decent subway with all the standard meals, deals, cookies, drinks. Store is a bit older and needs a face lift but it was clean and tidy. The line was not well kept and needed to be dressed and organized. Perhaps the dinner rush just hit them but I was the only person in the store. The server was friendly and made it to order as expected. read more

great customer service here. My sandwich artist suggested that I add a drink and make my meal a combo, for very little increase in price when he saw that my total qualified. And he explained the different combo tiers, based on the original price of the sandwich. Also, the guy cleaning up reminded me that I had forgotten to grab a straw when I was heading out. My rating is strictly in regards to the service, not the food! read more

I'm a regular here, especially through the weekday and ESPECIALLY when I'm on a diet. I've been to many subways and this one is top notch. Clean, friendly service, and definitely a lot of regulars that come here. After just a few times coming here, they'll already start to know your orders and it becomes easy breezy. The best Subway I've been to. Immaculately clean, very friendly staff, quality product that's not sloppy like most locations. Did I mention they're fast? Super fast. I have never seen teamwork in a fast food restaurant they way I have here. I felt like they really enjoyed making my sandwich, and having worked fast food in the past, that's a rarity to be commended. When I first arrived I found the store to be neat and clean. The cashier was counting out change to a customer. She came over to take my order and proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves she had on while counting change out to the other customer. Not sanitary. She just as well had used her nasty bare hands. This needs to improve. read more

Dear Subway Management, While on Fourth of July vacation, I stopped in the Subway (my favorite fast food place) on 801 Volvo Pkwy, Chesapeake VA and never received such rude treatment in all of my life. First, I'm use to employees greeting customers when they walk into a restaurant, that did not happen at this Subway (with me anyway). When I entered the store I was the only customer. I paused a second to see if the employee would greet me once I reached the counter and he did not. I did not catch the name of the young man but he was a young white male with a ponytail. As far as I could tell, there were only two employees in the store, him and another young man of Spanish decent. Once I realized that the young man had no intentions on greeting me, I proceeded with my order. He never did any standard Subway ordering procedures with me (bread, meat, would you like it toasted etc.) all of which I'm extremely use to getting since I frequent Subway quite often. The only thing he did was look at me dumbfounded and wait on me to give my order. Midway through my order a white family (I'm black by the way) walks in and he stops taking my order to greet them and tell them that he will be with them in one moment. He then calls to the back for the Spanish young man to finish taking my order so that he can help them. He stopped making my sandwiches to start working on theirs. He greeted them again and began the standard Subway ordering procedures and courtesies as he took their order. I'm happy they were able to get good customer service, however, I expect that type of service for everyone. The young man who took over my order provided good customer service while completing my order but by this point I was totally shocked by what I had just experienced. I'm not writing this review for a free cookie or whatever else you may try to throw my way. I'm writing this to let you know that this type of behavior from employees of any restaurant where folks aren't eating free, is absolutely ridiculous. Just to give you a bit of background on me, I'm a five time war veteran who has fought for folks to have their own opinions and biases in this country that we all love so much. However, all those opinions and biases should be on pause while you are at work, especially if you are an employee where you represent the entire brand. I won't stop eating at Subway just because of this one experience. Most of my experiences at Subway are wonderful. However, the young man at this location who decides to pick and choose who he will provide good customer service to should be reprimanded. My apologies for not getting his name for this complaint. I doubt I would have received the right name anyway. Wouldn't recommend this Subway to anyone. read more

I would have given this a 0-star review, but I don't think that's possible. I just came here for a quick sub, and they took well over 10 minutes to handle one or two subs. I've gone to subways with lines twice as long that gave faster service. If steer clear of this one if you're expecting fast service. read more
