My Subzero fridge service lights was on, I had a bit difficulty finding a qualified and experienced technician. Called a Subzero recommended Vendor who sent in a friendly young technician who seems to be not experienced... He suspected refrigerant leak and proposed a very expensive fix! Luckily i found Vlad who came to help( and gave second opinion)! I can see that he really knows Subzero fridge. Since all functions of the fridge ( refrigeration & freezer) work normally now, he does not suggest any work at the moment. ( unless further issue emerge). My Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped working. The tech sent by my home warranty company came two days later and couldn't figure out what was wrong. He came back two days later and still couldn't figure it out. I called Sub-Zero who came out the same day, diagnosed it, ordered the parts and repaired it 2 days later. This is the second time I have reviewed this company. I have given them 5 stars twice. Requested repairs on my Viking range. Vlad walk me through after the diagnosis . The oven burners need replacement. He gave me two choices generic parts Or Viking . I choose Viking parts since I wanted to keep it a Viking even though it was more. They took pictures of the parts failing and sent pictures of it repaired and it working. The quality of the repair and service was excellent.
