We had our tasting at Grant's farm and it was phenomenal. He made a sampling of apps, main courses/sides for us to try based on the direction we were going in (we wanted to do food with a nod/flare to the South). Once we decided we were going with GB, Claire and Grant did a walk through of our house (we had our wedding & reception at our house) and we talked about high level details for the event. From there Claire and I kept in touch and ironed out any last minute details. She and I were on the phone a day or so prior to our wedding because of rain in the forecast - we discussed our "plan B" action plan. I knew that I had nothing to worry about because they would take care of us :) The morning of the team arrived early to help set up tents and rentals, and prep for the day. We pow-wowed when they got there and I gave Claire all my last minute details, map, decorations, etc. and let her and the team run with it. Everything came out even better then I could have asked for- they definitely have a wonderful aesthetic! I remember after our rehearsal I was running around trying to find paper to write "reserved" signs for our parents. Grant saw me nervously opening cabinets to find the paper and said "What do you need? How can I help?" That stuck with me. I told him what was up and how I couldn't find any paper to make the signs. He offered to rip up an extra menu and make the signs for me and put them out. It was so kind and awesome, I felt like they were all going out of their way to make sure everything was handled and I didn't have to do anything on my wedding day. Okay, now for the food: I can't even tell you how many people came up to me and told me it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Everyone was extremely impressed with their food, their service, the layout - everything. I can't say enough great things about GB Culinary, I would highly recommend them to anyone for your next event.

Three Leaf was the only one with unique, fun, and customized flavors for us. All the others gave us the bagel and fruit type meal. On our first meeting with Erica, we described what we wanted and she helped us create our menu in that meeting! She adjusted to our tastes and desires. She suggested cool and creative dishes. She even helped us decide how to serve and display the food. Erica was so much fun to talk and plan with. She was super professional, yet felt like a great friend. She continued to support us through our entire planning process and contributed wonderful ideas surrounding the food, drink, and schedule of our day. We felt like she was very knowledgeable. The day of our reception, all of the three leaf staff were wonderful. They were all on time and right to work. They were all friendly and seemed genuinely happy for our celebration. They were never in the way and were helpful with any request. We had a complex serving plan with a buffet and scramble station so our guests had to fill out cards to pick what they wanted on their scramble. This was so much fun and felt very unique. The catering staff helped move this process along, and although it took some extra time, they made sure everyone was fed and happy. They displayed all of our food wonderfully and kept everything looking great. The food itself was wonderful! One of our dishes was a little less tasty than when we had tasted it, but everything else was great and we received a lot of complements. We highly recommend the chocolate bourbon pecan pie!
