Bridget was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and called me right away to discuss what I had in mind. We had her come to our home, she really worked with us and really knows how to work with babies! She put our baby at ease and took the most precious photos. I do not recommend for multiple reasons.  First being lack of communication, I would go weeks-months without a response. I saw this mentioned in some reviews, however those reviews also noted that they received good pictures at the end and chalked it up to her being a busy photographer.  My package included a boudoir or engagement session, I chose the boudoir session as we live in Florida and I planned to do the boudoir session while in NJ for my bridal shower. I coordinated my hair trial, make up, nails, bought new lingerie and accessories for the shoot. I arrived at her home/studio, texted to let her know I arrived, with no response, I called and when she answered she let me know the session was supposed to be cancelled due to flooding in her studio. At this point we had a conversation and she assured me communication would be better and I would be reimbursed from the boudoir costs. I made the decision to continue with her as my photographer since this happened in June and wedding would be in august. Come wedding day, she arrived solo. I paid extra for second shooter. Another person arrived shortly after, however that person was there to hold the camera. The 2nd person told my mom that she was there to "help out" and therefore she did not provide 2nd shooter POV. Due to this, everything felt rushed, we missed out on photos that I had requested because Sarah was doing all photos herself and the photos we do have are from one perspective, rather than having photos of both of our faces while reading vows we have the back of my head and his face or vice versa. Everything was rushed because Sarah could only do one group at a time, so while she was doing groomsmen pics I wasn't doing anything, and vice versa.  I have no idea what time she left the venue, which is not a big deal but we had discussed a timeline in order to get pictures in the venue and during golden hour, none of this happened, most likely due to her being the only shooter. I have no photos of me and my husband in our venue (The Mansion on Main Street) , which was absolutely gorgeous. Didn't get any photos with my grandmother which I requested. Idk what the point of me sending the shot list was. We don't even have a creative detail shot/flat lay when I laid everything out on the table to be included. Moving forward to the pictures we received, I've honestly avoided really looking at them after initially receiving and I'm just so disappointed. I'm fairly certain she sent me every single picture she snapped irregardless of it being compete trash/blurry. There were no attempts to edit past a pre-set that must've been applied to all the photos (ex:bright yellow curb markings, scaffolding, portapotties) and some of the shots look like the camera was crooked.  If you read this far, I'm assuming you are considering her as your photographer. Just remember, wedding day pictures are once in a lifetime - you cannot get those shots again.

During our wedding formals she was very patient and we didn't feel rushed or pressure from her when we had our moments with trying to pin the boutonnières and my dress taking a little longer to bustle than we anticipated. I contacted her roughly a month ago (when I realized my sister's Group-On was about to expire). I left a message Friday/Saturday and didn't receive a call until Thursday of the following week! She then claimed she had tried to call me before (although there was no record or voicemail in my phone). I found out what days she had available to shoot and told her I needed to find out my sister's schedule so I'd call her back. When I called her back (about 20 minutes later), it went straight to voicemail! Apparently she's much nicer in person since my grandmother and sister appeared to have no major issues with her. After the session, I waited the two weeks she had said it would take to send the proof link to the photos; I actually gave her until Tuesday of the following week before I emailed her about the link. She then informed me that she had emailed me about this previously and then reported that the system that holds their photo proofs was down for a day or two. However, a few hours later, I had an email with the link. I think if the system was down, I should have been informed about it before I had to contact her since at that point, it was past the promised delivery date. Just out of professional courtesy. Against my better judgment, I let my sister and grandmother order photos so that she could document this once in a lifetime experience and share it with her friends. She said she'd send over an invoice, and I still haven't heard anything and it's been 5-6 days. Edit: Shortly after I posted this review, I received an invoice. 6 days after I asked for it. Go figure. So between not being informed when there is an issue with link delivery (AFTER the promised delivery date and AFTER I contacted her to find out the holdup) and lengthy periods of time to return a phone call (not email, she returned emails rather promptly), this whole ordeal has left a sour taste in my mouth. I did end up getting my sister's photos and they were wrapped and processed very professionally. My sister was very pleased with them! EDIT: The owner has contacted me and asked that I change my review; however, I stand by what I said. Although the photos did turn out wonderful and the way they were wrapped was very nice, I don't believe that good photos can completely make up for contact issues. If I was just rating the photos, they'd easily earn an 4 or 5. The processing and post work is flawless. It was the fact that I always had to contact her to find out where the photo proof link was or where the invoice was after the promised due date that was the problem, just to clarify. She did explain that she runs the business solely on her own, but I don't think that excuses these issues. If I had been informed before the fact, I probably would have let it go. But when I'm a paying customer (Group-on or not, since we did purchase other photos not included in our package), I expect to be informed when an issue arises as a matter of professional courtesy.

Amazing experience!…read more I am a new mom and didn't realize that newborn photos should have been taken within the first two weeks when they are the sleepiest. I scheduled an appointment with ADC when my daughter was almost 6 weeks Old. My daughter cried most of the session and was pretty difficult to photograph. Janice had the patience of a saint and took the extra time needed to calm her down, feed her, change her diapers and ultimately was peed on without removing the smile from her face. I highly recommend - Janice is such an amazing person and photographer. I basically sat in her comfy couch while Janice did all of the work in settling my daughter and taking great care of her. There were even refreshments for me while I waited. Highly recommend!!!!
