Upon my initial visit, she (of course) queried as to any specific problems I was having. After I explained the pain/ discomfort, she explained to me (in detail) what was likely causing the pain and what she would do to relieve it. A "far cry" from someone just "rubbing you down", Ann was very intentional in pressures applied and the procedures she used. I recommend Ann without hesitation! (A five star rating indicates -- to me -- that there is "no equal". I can't attest to that, but I would definitely give her a 4.75 if possible).

My foils were as loose as Satan's lips speaking bad energy. My hair all around is uneven and have multiple brassy bronze. She bronzed my hair and it looks cheap like old pennies and she charged me an excess amount of money for foils that were NOT high and tight. I Cannot put my hair in a ponytail. It looks too brassy and oxidized. DO NOT recommend.

I did feel like they could've been a little peppier when I walked in, being a new face and all. I kind of just got a plain "Hey, what were you needing today?" It was around lunch time so I don't know, maybe they were all hungry or something. Anyway I have a pixie cut, which is basically a "boy haircut " on a girl. I just wanted some blonde chunks and the back trimmed up. The lady that got me charged $85, and said since I was new there, she would throw in the price of the trim with the highlights. That was nice of her but, $85? I have a pixie cut... I felt like that was outrageous for my little amount of hair. And in the end, it wasn't "chunks" like I really wanted, it was more like tons of small blonde pieces all blended together. So I could have saved $75 and went to get the highlight kit from Walmart like I normally do, but I thought I would for once splurge on myself, and now I mainly just regret it because it's not really at all what I asked for. Overall they're clean, it's pretty to look at and they weren't unfriendly, just could've been a little more upbeat I felt, and a bit on the pricey side as well.

I asked for me and daughters hair to have long…read morelayers and that for my daughters hair the underside of her hair needed to be a couple cm shorter cause otherwise it flips over the top and looks jagged. She didn't do as I asked so now it's jagged as I said it would be. She left several really long strans that I cut when we got home and I'll have to cut the underside of her hair later I guess. I can't cut my own hair but if hers looks that bad I'm positive mine does too. Guess I'll be wearing it up every where I go. Don't have the time to go back for them to fix it. very upset.
