I asked for a specific service, but the girl who helped us seemed rushed and didn't do what we requested. On top of that, the man who polished my daughter's nails did a poor job. Shortly afterwards, my daughter developed an ingrown toenail. When I went back to the salon and asked if they could fix it or at least help in some way, they told me I would need to repay for the service. Then, without offering any solution, they changed their mind and told me to "just go to a doctor."

I've gotten pedicures here which were fine, and it was convenient since my car oil was getting changed at Walmart auto, ... however getting nails done at this venue is a huge risk. The prices listed are not accurate and they charge 20 dollars more than the posted price... however, they tack on a 10% discount for a "special" they continually run... an older lady tech (and yes she is aggressive like the other reviews say) does a nude acrylic powder that held up well and I liked but when I retuned for the same I got a younger lady tech who has done a terrible job (probably from lack of experience) both times she has done my nails ... the first time she did a gel overlay that chipped and peeled in two days!!! And the second time I asked for the nude acrylic powder which she did not understand because of a significant language barrier issue, and my nails were incredibly uneven and poorly shaped... I'm not sure how it's possible for her to be licensed ... I didn't even have her paint them because I didn't want to deal with the peeling gel paint issueagain. I will not return and would like to warn anyone else of the risk of waisted time and money at this establishment.

Nail lady was killing flies with her bare hands then going back to my pedicure without washing her hands or changing the one glove she wore. She would wipe the dead fly on her pants and at one point wiped another dead fly on the towel she was using to dry my legs. From the cold water to the rough nail tech who spoke very little English to the dirty floors and unsanitary practices with the implements. I knew I made a bad decision to stay for the mani/Pedi. Both nail techs did not wear gloves or wash their hands, and the nail supplies were not autoclaved/sanitized. I noticed lots of fruit flies as well as cockroaches on the walls and the floor along with a strong musty smell to the building. I feel like it's my duty to warn everyone for their safety. I had my mani/Pedi done on 5/4/26 at 6pm (last night) and the gel nail polish is already peeling off. I guess it's true you get what you pay for but I certainly didn't bargain to go home with a fungus (well let's hope I don't get one). This was by far the worst experience I have had by far! I think they should be reported to State Board for unsanitary practices.
