I was driving through Louisville, but it was just after 5, so I was panicking and found Probilt on Yelp. I decided to go there since it was open until 5:30 on the hope that they could somehow fit me in and I could be on my way. I showed up at 5:20pm. Explained my problem. They IMMEDIATELY took my car in, checked it out, and within 10 minutes it was fixed and ready to go. I went to pay and they REFUSED to take any payment for it despite my repeated offerings. (Thankfully after I left the highway) I was able to retrieve the part and phoned ProBilt to have it reinstalled. They sent me an appointment text so I presumed that the parts were in - went to the appointment and was back on the road in thirty minutes. Three days later I'm having my oil changed when the manager at Strickland tells me that my deflector is attached by 2 zip ties which they have to remove in order to change my oil. I call ProBilt - and I'm not happy - but I asked Jeff to order the fasteners all four of the fasteners that should have been used in the first place or the second place and after several days he calls me back to tell me that you can't buy those fasteners separately as they come pre-installed on the deflector. If that's the case, why does my invoice contain a charge for the deflector and a separate charge for the fasteners? Do better.
