I am super disappointed. I showed her couple of Photos of what I want and result is not anywhere…read morenear my expectation. After showing multiple times explicitly she cut it shorter than I wanted and didn't even cut proper layers. After asking for some layers I was feeling that she was oblige to cut my hair. I felt that the lady who cut my hair was inexperienced. I booked online with Beratung, wash, cut, styling and blow drying but there was no such Beratung even though I asked. She was keep asking me If she should blow dry my hair until I said ok fine, I'll do that by myself. I left the saloon with bad mood and would never go again!
