La nostra storia Vantiamo oltre 50 anni di tradizione odontoiatrica: lo studio dentistico è nato infatti nel 1954 sotto la guida del Dr Gabriele Sipos e dal 1993 è diretto da suo nipote, il Dr Johannes Schmitz. Johannes H. Schmitz si è laureato in Odontoiatria e Protesi Dentaria con lode nel 1992. Nel 1998 ha conseguito il titolo di Dottore di Ricerca in Scienze Morfologiche svolgendo diversi progetti di ricerca relativi alla crescita ed alla funzione della faccia e dell' apparato stomatognatico. Dal 1999 al 2011 è stato Professore a Contratto per presso l'Università degli Studi di Milano, dove ha svolto tale incarico prima per il Corso di Laurea in Odontoiatria e Protesi dentaria e poi presso la Scuola di Specializzazione in Ortognatodonzia, tenendo corsi di Biomeccanica Masticatoria e Morfologia e funzione dell'Articolazione Temporo-Mandibolare. Dal 2103 è socio attivo dell'AIOP (Accademia Italiana di Odontoiatria Protesica). E' socio della SIDP (Società Italiana di Parodontologia) e della APS (American Prosthodontic Society). Ha pubblicato diversi lavori su riviste internazionali e nazionali, ed è stato relatore a diversi congressi nazionali ed internazionali.

Having a dental emergency while in a foreign country can be a nightmare. I was very lucky to have found Dr. Barton. The office is conveniently located by a metro station and is easily accessible. Dr. Barton and his team were very knowledgable and competent. Also, they spoke English, and they were able to explain to me exactly what was going on with my tooth and made a scary situation easier to comprehend. Dr. Barton cares about his patients, and he made sure to schedule follow-up appointments and to check that I was doing OK. He was also kind enough to write a letter to my dentist in the United States explaining what happened. I highly recommend his office for dental care in Milan.
