I have been suffering for TEN years not being able to get mainstream doctors to help me. I saw Dr. Pascaline 10 days ago and my BP is already in the normal range after following her recommendations. She felt a node on my thyroid that no one else has bothered with and now, because of her, I'm going to have an ultrasound done. Her knowledge is only surpassed by her bedside manner. There's not enough room to list all the positives. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to get to and maintain good health.

So you bring your own plates and cutlery. What a totally cool idea! A chance to make sure not to use paper and plastic throwaways. I would give a 6th star for that if I could. After it was over I was gifted a takeout container containing turkey, dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, and corn. (They sell leftovers after the lunch, if any remaining.) Cuz I am a bit young to attend. And a I got a verbal review from a senior who attends often as a backup to my review, and who kindly brought me the take-out turkey. This was their Christmas in July turkey dinner. Here goes: I didn't have the soup but was informed it was very salty. She enjoyed the coleslaw. I had turkey, which tasted oddly watery, as if prepared in an institution and reheated a day later. Not something I would want to eat again. My senior friend agreed. We both felt that the dressing had too much of one spice, maybe sage.. Mashed potatoes were fine. Gravy was good but over-salted. Not much can go wrong with corn. I didn't have the plum pudding but my senior informs me it was just okay, maybe over-sweet. She didn't eat it. HOWEVER, in spite of our slight disappointment in the food, I am going to give 5 stars to this luncheon. My senior friend looks forward to these events so much, and gets such enjoyment from attending, that I need to consider the apparently very high enjoyment factor for people who may need a lift (or a cheap decent meal and some company). I am hoping to sneak in to try it myself. Perhaps a slight hair colour change...
