The spa is nicely set up, but no robes or anything--you wait in the sitting area and have tea/water and then the therapist brings you back to your room. I have so much pain in my back and neck and I feel so stiff because of it. It also asked from previous massages what I did NOT like. I put that I did NOT like my legs and arms worked on because it didn't leave much time for my back which is where I NEED it worked on. My husband spent a TON of money on this and his massage was wonderful and done exactly as he asked. My masseuse said that the body is a whole and she needed to do the whole body and she doesn't believe in deep tissue and that she does more "out of body and not as much hands on and we need to focus on our breathing". When she said that, I knew I was not going to be getting what I needed. She focused more on my legs and arms than anything else's. Hardly did anything with my back or neck and when she did, she more so placed her finger tips on my back and breathed in and out a bunch of times and didn't even massage it. She had enough to time do that to the left side of my shoulders but didn't even get to my right side, where it hurts the most! Three times I asked her to please just focus on actually massaging, hard, on my upper back and neck. Well, about 2 minutes after the third time, my session was already up. As soon as she left the room I was crying because I hurt so much and I was so frustrated. My husband had to massage my shoulders in the sauna treatment we got while I sobbed all the way through it because he shouldn't have had to do that for me. Top it all off, I walked in with a brand new coffee and the lady took it from me saying it would be in the next room after the massage, it wasn't there. So I spent money on a latte I didn't even get to drink. Again, my husbands massage was heavenly (he had Jill, she was amazing at getting exactly where he wanted it). Mine, I will never go there again. She didn't listen to anything and did more breathing crap and light rubbing than actually massaging.

I have had numerous manicures and was surprised that they never soaked your hands in water to soften the cuticles, they never pushed back the cuticles or even attempted to trim them until I asked for them to do so. At the end of the manicure they added a small touch of cream and massage my hands. Never offered to have me wash my hands between or after the manicure. Charged $10.00 more for a cats eye manicure that took a matter of a few minutes longer that should only be maybe $5 more. Disappointed in the professional service that was rendered. I have had more professional manicures done in my day.

My girl Ivy lets me sit in comfortable silence because I talk for a living. She also matches my energy so If I chat, she does. My nails are always beautiful and I'm always well taken care of. The massage chairs when you get a pedicure are awesome and the hot rocks are very relaxing.
