First time seeing Nicole and I couldn't be happier! She was warm, welcoming, and really listened to what I wanted. She made thoughtful recommendations, was professional yet fun, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I got both color and a cut. The color came out absolutely stunning, and is so sleek and shiny. The cut I wanted was very specific with face framing and bouncy layers and she delivered exactly what I envisioned. I left feeling so much more confident and beautiful! She even went above and beyond by grabbing me a coffee while my color processed. I'm definitely going back to her.

I have been going to Nicole for over a year now and I love my color. I started with highlights and asked Nicole to help me with grey blending. As expected, it takes a few visits when you are correcting color. But my hair is beautifiul...exactly the color I wanted. And my grey blends in so beautifully it looks like it was deliberately placed. I highly recommend Nicole.

I don't care what anyone says, I think that Nicole is an awesome, talented, sweet person! I don't like to read bad reviews because I like giving hard working, self owned business a chance. It actually just takes a couple of 5 star reviews to convince me that Nicole's Hair Studio is the way to go, and it is was! I'm just gonna cut to the chase. I feel very lucky to have found Nicole. She is very knowledgeable on color and cutting, which has been really challenging to find in Florida. She did a balayage on me and I love it! She got my hair really light in just 2 sessions starting from a permanent dark brown color and my hair is still soft and hydrated. Normally when I've had my hair lightened it gets really dry, but not this time. I went through many stylists before finding Nicole. Highly recommend her :)

I found nicole on yelp about a month ago. She was amazing person and very friendly. She did just a wonderful job on my hair. I haven't done my hair in almost a year or even longer. I love that she was able to explain to me what she was doing and what would work and what would work for my hair. NICOLE IS AMAZING!!! I moved to SWF a year and half ago after leaving my hairdresser of 8 years and have had an awful time finding someone to get the color right! It would either be that the color wasn't what I asked for or the brassiness just would not go away! After spending so much money I am happy to say I have finally found my hair dresser! She communicated everything to me from start to finish including what she was going to do as well as aftercare which is extremely important! The finished product exceeded my expectations and is by far the best experience I have ever had concerning my hair! Also, I had some damage and she worked her magic with a special hair cutting technique that made my hair unrecognizable! LNicole charged 75 for my cut, she didn't even shampoo or wet my hair to cut it. She was late and rushed the whole appointment. Definitely not worth the money. I won't go back or recommend her to anyone. In fact I have told all the girls at work. I basically got a dry trim which was not what I wanted. It didn't look ani different than when I got there. UPDATE: While I really enjoyed my experiences with her, I have to do this (yes it's late but I feel like I was VERY WRONGED.) On the DAY OF MY WEDDING as i'm getting my make up done and two hours til I walked down the aisle, she calls me to let me know she wasn't going to do my hair. If you don't need her in a pinch, by all means go for it. But I was so upset that day. Luckily, the girl who did my makeup was able to do something quick. Such a disappointment. ORIGINAL POST: She is the only person I ever go to for hair cuts/color! She was recommended by my fiancé's mom and sister and I've never gone to anyone else since I found her because she's great, knows what she's doing and super nice. I've probably been to so many whatever places to get a haircut but my experience with Nicole really made me feel that I got a personal hair stylist. She is so sweet, great personality and knowledgeable. I completely trusted her and she gave me and my daughter the cut we both liked! I got a textured short cut and Mia got a asymmetrical bob! We talked her out of a pixie cut and Nicole was great at making her feel confident. Cozy place and it felt so personal. I will be good back for coloring and any other future cuts. read more

Nicole is very detailed and always made sure my hair turns out the way I wanted. She did an amazing job with my balayage and keeping the integrity of my hair. I think my hair is harder to color due to the grey hair mixed with balayage. She would spend her time doing the grey and using different toning colors to make sure my balayage melt in with everything. Nicole a great hair stylist. read more

Love her personality, and her passion for hair! I came to get a short length to medium length haircut. I researched through a lot of places because there are not many hairstylists who are great cutting short hair. I was amazed with her knowledge and thankful she was educating me. Nicole is amazing, as a stylist and as a human being! I am vietnamese and have black hair; I've been told multiple times that my hair can't go to a lighter blond color. Being told that from other stylist made me sort of embarrassed to even bring it up to other stylist. That being said, Nicole made my dreams come true! She did an amazing job on my hair! Getting it to a color I never really thought I'd get! Legit the first words out of my mouth when I saw my hair was "HOLY SHIT!" lol. *UPDATE* Nicole did reach out to me after seeing my review to offer to fix my hair. I am thankful for it and was considering it after she gave me a tip to wash my hair as much as I can before seeing her. She did also request that I take down the review before seeing her to fix my hair. I would have love to taken her up on the offer, however, she did end up blocking me and marked my Yelp review as "funny". I am no longer considering it and have since moved on, although I did appreciate the offer. *Long review but worth the read if you're deciding on booking* I was debating on whether or not to leave a review but after reading the most recent review and compared our two experiences, I feel I had to write this. I found Nicole randomly on IG while looking through hair pics from stylists around the OC. Her pics looked great, I went to check her yelp to base her work off her reviews, it all seemed cool. I thought ok, she must be good at what she does. At the time I had a stylist closer to my area but I recently moved and thought why not try Nicole out? For starters, my hair has been dyed professionally for years. I've had two great stylists recently. One that I stopped going to because she was hours away and another local to me who has been great as well. Both have done a great job and listened to what I wanted along with giving me their honest judgement on what would work with my hair. My hair is naturally dark (pretty much dark Asian hair although I am mixed, it's still pretty dark.) and the hair I came in with was a beautiful balayage with face framing pieces from my previous stylist. I let Nicole know that I wanted to go a little darker, to a nice brown color, and nothing too dark and not permanent since I plan on going back to blonde in the future. I show her a few pics of the color I wanted. She said she will use a demi which isn't permanent color on my hair. She starts doing my hair and suggests that I not do my hair like the picture, as it is too "cool" and would be muddy and grey. I say ok, as long as it's a nice brown color I really don't mind that it's not exactly like the picture. 3.5 hours later and my hair is nothing like the picture and definitely NOT brown. I no longer had any of the face framing pieces from my previous balayage, my hair looked like she just dyed it black and kept some tiny highlights of my blonde that I had. I didn't have a root melt and it looked as if the black was just painted over my whole head. It didn't really look like any of the previous balayages I have gotten from my other stylists. She claimed it looked "gorgeous" and that the light in her salon didn't capture how great it looked because the lights were too "blue". I thought ok, it must not be so bad. From inside, it didn't look too dark, although it didn't look brown at all. I paid her and went to my car thinking it wasn't too bad. I look at the mirror in my car (it's the afternoon so the lighting was great) and my hair looks darker than my normal hair! I was in shock but thought ok, maybe I should wait til I get home and see if the lighting is better. It wasn't. My hair looked black with stripey yellow highlights. Concerned, I texted Nicole asking if the color was permanent in hopes it would fade out quickly. She says it will, and I expressed my concern that my hair is darker than my normal hair in which she responds "I used a level 5 sweets:) not even close to black..." and "Your natural is one shade lighter a level 6". I'm sorry, but if it isn't darker than my normal hair, then why are you telling me my natural shade is a shade lighter? And to be clear, the pictures I am going to attach don't correlate with what she told me. My natural shade is around a level 3 and the color she put on my roots looks about a level 2. I thanked her and said ok, although I was disappointed and felt like she would just keep reasoning with me that my hair is something that it wasn't and just let it go. Ladies, please do extensive research when it comes to your hair! I'm currently trying to book with my previous stylist to help me get my hair back to the way I want it (although she is always booked and is far away. It's worth the drive and $ for me) *I attached before and after pics for reference along with a picture of the hair I wantsd read more

I have known Nicole for about 4 years now. And she is the ONLY ONE who has touched my hair in four years!! If you want to go to someone who will do exactly what you ask for, this is the person to see. I have never had a complaint or bad experience. I have been getting my hair highlighted for 25 years. Before I found Nicole, my blonde coloring always turned to brass quickly and the contrast between the brown and blonde never really "popped". Nicole's skill in color is phenomenal. It's been over 6 weeks and the color hasn't changed. She also listens to exactly what the customer wants. My usual go-to girl for hair wasn't available on Monday, so I yelped for a few minutes for open salons on Mondays and stumbled upon Nicole's reviews. When I called, she answered immediately and scheduled an appointment with me for that evening! When she asked me to text her pics of my current hair and some pics of inspirations, it eased my nerves and even inspired me to send her pics of hair colors and cuts I would never ask for since I hid my damaged hair in a bun for about six months, and was shy and embarrassed. Fast forward a few hours and I walked out of there feeling so beautiful and on top of the world. She also gave me tips on economical hair products to pick up from Sally's. I highly recommend Nicole. She provides the best advice when it comes to hair, and she even gives you the education needed take care for it there after including products recommended and how to style if you had a new do. I got my hair done today by Nicole and I'm in LOVE!!!! Nicole is amazing and she does such a great job. She took her time and really made sure we achieved the look I wanted. I absolutley love Nicole! Finally found my hair stylist. She is such a sweetheart . I felt like everything I wanted was taken into account and then she gave me an honest answer as to what would work for my hair and what would not. You can text her a picture and she prepares ahead of time which saves you time at the salon as well. She also does a consultation when she sees you in person before touching your hair. I've been to many hair salons with the idea of getting a blonde soft ombre and it's never happened...until now! Nicole is a really amazing stylist and truly cares for her clients. She was very accommodating and made me feel as though I was also having some girl time with a friend :) I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she let me know exactly what she could do realistically for my kind of hair, she let me know the things that went in to dying hair and promised she would do her best to get me what I wanted, and that's exactly what happened. I started doing hair with a passion, this is my craft and what I love. I love what I do, and do what I love. Refund Policy “At Studio One ElevenI will provide you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment. All of our hair services are NON Refundable but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away( before leaving). We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.” There will not be any adjustments made after leaving the salon. I came into Nicole's salon about a week ago to get my hair done for my 16th birthday. I had decided to get a balayage for the second time. About a year ago, (in may 2020) I had gotten a blonde balayage, and this April 2021, I decided to get it redone because it was growing out and becoming overly brassy. I wasn't trilled with my last stylist, so I decided to try and find a new one, I am so glad I stumbled along Nicole. She turned it from very brassy back to beautiful and blonde. The whole process only took about 2 1/2 hours, much shorter than the first time, and was about $150 to $200 cheaper than the amount I had paid when I had gotten it done the first time. The whole time I was In the chair it just felt like I was talking to a family friend or my best friend. We got along really well and she just had an amazing, bubbly personality that anyone can get along with. Not to mention she was able to match everything I asked for on my hair. Overall, I was beyond thrilled with my experience, and I WILL be back! read more

Nicole's hair is tucked in a nice quiet corner by Target. She has a quaint space that feels secluded. Which is a nice change from over crowded hair salons, noisy and bustling. Nicole is a super nice lady that will make you feel right at home in her chair. I started off doing my normal dark brunette color and a simple trim. I kept coming back because Nicole was easy going yet made getting my hair done fun! I've been visiting Nicole for almost a year now and I don't plan on stopping. By my 3rd visit she cut my Bettie Page bangs to a perfect length! (Picture shown) I had a trip to Europe, so I decided to get a little crazy! Nicole is the best of the best. I have been going to her for over a year now and she never misses. She took my hair from box dyed black to a perfect icy blonde in two sessions. She is a genius with color and pays great attention to detail. She will take her time and care to get to the result you want and does not take shortcuts. Ladies if you are searching for your forever hair stylist you can stop now! I feel so blessed to have found Nicole! I've had the worst year of my life pertaining to my hair. Nicole was able in just one session to make my hair happy again! She truly has the knowledge and passion it takes for you to leave her chair with magazine worthy hair! What a gem Nicole is!! I called Nicole and asked for an appointment. She asked me to send her pictures of my hair then and what I wanted to have done. She called back within minutes of me texting and she re-arranged her schedule to give me an appointment. When I arrived she was honest about how my choice would not be attainable as it would take time, but she colored my hair with the end goal in mind.
