A year ago, one of your stylists did my perm, so I decided to get it done there again, even though…read morethe stylist was no longer there and another stylist was assigned to me. Today I was refused service 6/19/24 at 4:30pm, even though I waited days for the appointment, explained my situation by phone and the stylist let me sit past my appointment time before she even brought me back. I was shocked that she was so nasty to me before I could hardly get a word out. She claimed that the perm wouldn't take, but my hair was in the exact same condition last year when the other stylist successfully permed my hair. In fact, I have been getting perms for decades with varying degrees of organic henna remaining in my hair, and never had a problem. She was so loud and obnoxious, that everyone in the salon was watching. I had no choice but to leave, since no one would help me, and the humiliation was so great that I was in tears to be put on display like that! I felt like I committed a crime!
