I know that some photographers are tough to work with, maybe over-controlling, not flexible with situations, unclear business perimeters, whatever. Kiersten was a delight to work with, she's creative and open to how the family wanted things done so it fit their personality and preferences, and was so flexible to changes of personal and timing of the wedding events. I like that she sends some immediate sneak peak finished product pictures for the client to look at while in anticipation to see the rest of the portfolio. The portfolios do come promptly and turn out simply perfect. Her business is run smoothly and she works with clients so they are getting the maximum satisfaction in their purchased time, and works tirelessly through the end for quality results. Kiersten is an absolute joy to work with; I would recommend her to anyone in that area in need of a delightful, professional photographer. Thank you for doing the event Kiersten!

Allison suggested we reschedule our photo session a couple times due to inclement Indiana spring weather, and I appreciate that she wanted the absolute best setting for our photos. When the day of the shoot finally arrived, Allison was super friendly and professional (and very patient when my daughter wanted an outfit change). We were thrilled with the final photos that were emailed to us via a link to download. I would highly recommend Allison for all of your special occasion photography.

Sexy photography…read more That's how I describe Cate's style when telling others to give her a call. I literally used those words yesterday when I told an alcohol distributor to holler her way. Flames, knives cutting meat, laughter, beer, centerpieces, bathrooms, bluegrass - you name it and Cate can make it look 50% sexy and 50% mysterious and I can't get enough of her images! (give her a follow on Instagram). In addition to meat and flame photos, you can holler at Cate for stunning wedding and engagement images. Last but not least, she is super easy to work with - I'm often concerned that I don't provide enough direction or details (one of my weaknesses) but Cate runs with it and makes the magic happen every time.

Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she has a unique stylistic eye that other photographers don't have. While her main focus is engagement shoots and weddings, she's taken professional headshots for me in color and b&w as well as photographed my sorority's formal. On both occasions, I got my images back quickly, but they were not done hastily. I got so many compliments on my headshots from friends and family, and all my sorority sisters loved the photos of them and their dates. She's great at capturing candid moments on the dance floor, as well! If I were in the market for engagement or wedding photos, there is no doubt in my mind I would pick Cate (get it? Cate "Pick"ens? Working with Chad Swinford Photography was an absolute win for me as a marketing agency owner…read more I hired him to handle brand photography and b-roll for Limitless Woodworking during a tight launch window. Even with a compressed timeline, he took the time to understand the heart behind the brand and what we were trying to communicate. He understood the assignment and delivered. From the first conversation through post-production, the experience felt intentional and white-glove. I'm very type-A and strategic by nature, and Chad balanced that beautifully with his creative perspective. He never made the process feel rushed or stressful, and my clients genuinely enjoyed working with him. It's rare to find someone who cares equally about the final product and the client experience. Chad does both exceptionally well. He captured the images and behind-the-scenes woodshop footage we needed to tell their story and connect with their audience. Getting clients comfortable on camera is not always easy, but he created an environment that made it feel natural and effortless. If you are looking for a photographer or videographer who combines professionalism, creativity, and care, I highly recommend Chad Swinford Photography.
