I don't know if yoga breeds insight or just attracts insightful instructors, but Be Studio has teachers that will not only make you feel better than you have ever felt physically but your mental state will improve as well. That is my positive comment about Studio Be. I would never make a criticism about the yoga teachers at Studio Be. Who cares if someone forgets a count or mixes up a direction when they are giving you this amazing gift of health and insight every time you show up. I LOVE the Inferno Pilates class! I recommend it to everyone. You make it as hard as you want to, so it's suitable for beginners or more experienced people. I see progression every time I go - it is seriously addictive. Having said that, all of the classes are amazing - there's something for whatever mood I'm in.
