He screwed up every single major thing possible, this house isn't worth a second of my time or money to attempt to fix. I have never seen such a hack. I would venture to guess that Tony is only part owner in the company and is absolutely clueless on how to do the actual work, and unfortunately I have to assume he tried to do a lot of work on this house. Everything is so scatterbrained that nothing makes sense. the house was a full gut before it was finished, and if that was all that wrong with it, I would go ahead and gut it; unfortunately, he screwed everything else up so bad it's would be cheaper to bulldoze everything and start from scratch. I would call it half ass work but that's giving him way too much credit. He has no idea how to design or lay out. we have bedrooms without closets, in fact there isn't a single storage closet in this entire house (2300 sq ft). The "walk in closets" are thru closets and thus waste all the space, no more room than a standard closet. The panty isn't a pantry because it simply makes up for lost space not having upper cabinets. The master bath is the same size as the half bath.. the basement bath is bigger than the bedrooms. We have to squeegee our shower floor everyday because the water goes everywhere except the drain. Only 2 out of 17 doors close and lock, jam door stops and don't plan on locking the other ones. I've never seen anyone put a brushed finish on concrete inside... the whole slab is only poured at 1 3/4" thick, you can feel the concrete flex when rolling a tool box on it, he put exterior doors inside and cemented them in, didn't slope the concrete past the overhead doors so the whole front half of the barn floods every time it rains. He used windows without welded frames, coupled with mdf trim; water gets in swells the mdf. Had a big enough garage to put a 16ft door and make it 2 car.. instead he puts a 12ft door and makes it a 1 car.. no lights in this house.. I call it a dungeon because you can't even read a book at night. I could go on and on and on... I would not even hire this guy to build a chicken coop. In a normal market this place would be incredibly difficult to sell. I hope you avoid this guy..

I told her to check on those companies on the BBB and then call ACE Roofing. She had Mike replace her roof was very happy with the work and was never pressured. My parents had a roof installed by Mike two days before the tornado passed their house 6 doors down in Millbury, never lost a shingle yet they had the top of their 30 foot tree break off. A 60 MPH wind storm we had in early march 2017 took a half dozen shingles off. Nearly every house in the neighborhood has the same damage. I called Mike that day and he was there the next day to fix the damage. Many of the neighbors are still waiting on their roofers to come out and repair theirs with far more damage. If you are considering a roof, read the reviews of all of the big roofing companies that have to advertise and then check ACE Roofing who relies on word of mouth. I think if you ask any of Mike's customers, I believe you will find everyone of them was pleased with his work,.... including the neighbors.
