On day 1 they cut through our internet cable in 2 places and from there is was all downhill. After going back and forth with them for months, we've been left with mud pits, barren patches, and a yard filled with crab grass. The owner has been defensive and claimed if we wanted a nice lawn, we should've done sod. He also didn't remember how the sprinkler system worked and gave us a manual to learn it ourselves. The most unprofessional, fraudulent company I've ever encountered.

Southern Shade is a small company that takes pride in the quality of their work. We have a new home with a long narrow lot and a downward sloping hill with wonderful views. It has been transformed with a short faux rock wall on the back and one side. Two paver stone patios that are just gorgeous, drainage issues rectified and lovely plantings throughout! Stephen and his foreman, Austin do all the work themselves. They only work one job site at a time, so we did have to wait several months to start our project, but it was defiantly worth the wait. If you need landscape work done, call Southern Shade and start the process. You'll love the results!

Chris was honest, communicated his progress regularly, and delivered on everything he promised. They even ran into a few snags (our property is on city sewer and we had no idea there was an abandoned septic tank right where we were putting the patio!) and still got everything completed in a reasonable time frame. The crew was also respectful of our house and took care to clean up the job site when they were finished. We trusted them enough to give them a key to the house so they could access the restroom during the day and store their equipment at night. The work they did is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Chris is passionate about hardscapes and it shows in his work ethic and the end product. I'd highly recommend Trinity Landscapes, and I'm already planning future projects with them!
