I received a bonus after 500 hours worked and would have received more benefits after 1000 hours worked if the assignment had not offered me a full-time position. I worked a total of two assignments with this agency and would highly recommend them. They were flexible and willing to understand if you turn down an assignment. Important note: Be flexible! My long term assignment was offered to me on 14 hours notice based on another temp employee quitting. Six months later, I was offered a full-time benefit earning position!

The employer and peopleready were clueless as to why this happened. In fact, they offered to put me back on the job ticket. That was totally irresponsible. Macy's had promoted an emotionally stunted teen to'manage' the temps. When I showed up to work, I saw this individual ducking me like crazy. Likely because she had dismissed me from the assignment for reasons which only exist in her head . The next day the out of control Peopleready app kicked me off the job ticket once again. Contacting Peopleready I got the canned response 'you're not a good fit for the employer.' To make matters worse, the Peopleready manager denied my story and refused to pay me for the last day of employment. Do yourself a favor and find a better job anywhere else please.

They placed me in a random job that wasn't even the title that they told me it would be. After trying to explain the situation on the wrong job title the recruiter and her manager were not listening on how I felt about the situation. They also had the worst communication and would not get back to me in a timely manner unless they had some random job available. This agency has the worst customer service and professional. They take on too much on their plate. Or maybe they just don't care and have bad communication. I suggest to go to a different agency because Aerotek is one of the worst agencies I've had to deal with.
