This is the worst lawyer i ever saw in my life. I was buying a house and he's doing the closing. He did the closing for the previous owner as well and was doing it for both sides now. After taking my money 475$ to do a tittle search he tells me the tittle is no good because proper due diligence was never done correctly to previous owner. So i ask him can he clean up the tittle and how much. He says yes and says 6 months. 1 and a half month pass and only I'm calling him. I called him 3 times thru out the month and a half and tells me hasn't started working on it. So then i call another lawyer and he tells that lawyer lies that i have been harassing him and that i annoy him. Now that other lawyer based on what he says does not want to represent me because of his bad mouthing me. I bet his not annoyed when i handed him a 475$ check and didn't even get a copy of the tittle search. Any way i back out the deal and have to take the owner to small claims because he does not want to refund my deposit back on a tittle he had told me was and turned out to be dirty. I do not suggest this lawyer to any body he gave me just a receipt and no paper work pertaining to the tittle search hi did. Basically he stole my money, I'm not stoping here I'm going to the better buissness bureau and dept of consumer affairs and reporting this scam. I hope no one else goes thru what i am going thru now. Please beware of lawyers and people who you do buissness with. You don't want to end up like me. I have dealt with Keith Strouse on several occasions that range from estate settlement to house closing. I find him to be extremely competent in his field with a great deal of integrity. I will use him as long as I live. Seems like "Man With V." has a rabied wolverine in his underwear and can't handle an honest answer. I see where he has given 5 reviews and none are positive. All of them are rants. Good grief! Mr. Strouse is the best....if you want an honest, ethical lawyer then he is your man. If you need someone to bend the law and blow smoke for you then look elsewhere. read more
