Hall and Hall sympathized with my frustrations and called me everyday with updates. The death certificate finally arrived and they called me late Sunday evening to let me know. I call that caring. And not what color you burying the deceased for the casket you are suppose to pick the casket. Each item of service should be itemized with a price not the word included. Death certificates are 10.00 with the health dept and she charge 20.00 with no explanation of why. If any of the above has happen to you more than likely you've been overcharged and should contact the Funeral Compliance office in Tallahassee at (850)413-3039 to file a complaint. To be taken an advantage of in the time of a love death is the lowest but if everyone file a complaint this can be stopped. I filed a complaint. UPDATE: MY COMPLAINT WAS COMPLETED AND AFTER THE INVESTIGATION THERE WAS A FINDING OF 4 VIOLATIONS.
