I actually found this place 3 yrs ago when I got such a bad haircut from another place , I came here to have them fix it. The lady felt so bad, she didn't charge me anything. I tried to pay her but she refused. So that's why I came back here when I was coming through town again. I got another cut and the lady really took her time and was a great host. $14 is what the charge was, but I gave her a well deserved $20. What a nice bunch of people. You can't go wrong here. I'm still shocked I'm the first review and it wasn't on the map.

Relatively new to the area, I have been looking around for a place for me and the boys and came across Frank's. In the PSL area you have chain haircutters and a bunch of "fade" barbers - so it can be hard just to find a regular, every-day guy who cuts hair. There is a wait list when you enter and depending on the day, 6 - 7 chairs in action. The wait seems to be minimal or you can wait out your particular barber - whatever works for you. The guys working there are all decent - I've had myself and my kids taken care of and every one of us looked good when done. Prices are average and you will get a decent haircut- what more can you ask for? Parking in the rear.
