I'v been in business for 35 years, Family parts business 14 years before that, I'v always took…read moreprided in taking care of my customers at all cost and deal and support one parts store. DUE to bad parts and bad customer service on warranty claims from O'Reilly's we can not & Will not ever deal with them again. Last Claim we had to change complete A/C system 3 times in 1 1/2 days claim for 1165.00 they wont to pay 206.00

Terrible service. I used this O'Reilly's for years (mainly because i thought this was the place all…read morethe other hot rodders shopped... Which i think it still is for some reason???) until I come to the realization that this place just doesn't not suck. My wife used to ALWAYS complain when i had to make a "quick" stop by the parts store and i came here. She would always say "oh god, we're going to be here for an hour" and i would always respond to the idea that "I already know what i need, it'll be quick, I swear." Low and behold, i don't know why it took me so long to realize this, but she was pretty right. I started to notice that i would come in here, stand in front of the counter and be treated like i wasn't even there... All the freaking time. It was actually pretty awesome how it played out the same way every single time i went. On my last actual visit to this particular store, i even called 15 minutes ahead of time to have the guys cross reference me a number on a radiator hose that they, by the grace of God, just so happened to have. The guy asked me for my name and phone number which I graciously gave to him... Only for me to show up 15 minutes later to be told that nobody had pulled the part (while the guy who took my name and number stood right next the other guy "helping" me). When i told the guy that i had just called and asked them to pull the part (that way my wife didn't have to wait for half an hour as usual) he just arrogantly said that he got busy. I guess he was busy leaning on the counter having a casual conversation with another customer. Anyhow, to make a long story a little less long. The last straw for me was whenever I called to check and see if the flywheel that I may have previously purchased at O'Reilly's was still under warranty and was pretty rudely and unnecessarily confronted about why the flywheel may or may not have malfunctioned. (You know what? I'll just say it, he was being a little [underline little] f'ing prick) This particular employee proceeded into telling me, without even seeing or hearing the actual problem, that the problem wasn't the flywheel, and that he's not going to warranty it until I take it off and bring it up there and he has a chance to inspect it. What? I guess he's an expert in the flywheel business?? So after a civil exchange in words I told him I was just going to go ahead and call AutoZone and continue taking my business there as I had done for the past few months or so after the radiator hose incident (and a whole slew of incidents leading up to it). I called AutoZone and it turns out that i had actually purchased the flywheel there. They told me to bring it on up, which i did and it was replaced. No questions asked. That said, I think I'll continue not using O'Reilly's anymore.
