The only Christmas Market that we encountered that charges an entrance fee. This is a medieval…read morethemed market... themed in that the people are dressed in medieval costumes, but the stalls sell the same stuff and have the same food. Not worth the entrance fee.

Who doesn't like a Christmas markt with a theme, and you know what is the best part of it? The…read morethem is medieval. How great! I personal habe been to serval medieval festivals in different cities, so far I have really great experience with then, I enjoyed the fest really much. So it didn't take me long to decided to visit this place, as soon as I discovered this place. Well, visitors do need to pay for the entrance, that's quite common in Germany through. the price is alright, i didn't feel like it was rip off or something. As we were here, it got music, food and some cool gear around. I found the place really interested. I even saw a bath there, which mean whoever go there, has to take a bath in front of other visitors. The idea was kinda funny. I also saw some training area for bows and swords. That's could be fun. We also tasted some nice medieval street food, quite nice. But it was quite pity, the Christmas market wasn't really big, it didn't take much time to walk around the whole place. Well, although the market wasn't as big as others in Dresden, it was nice to visit one like this. For the medieval fans, that could be some cool place to visit.

This Christmas market located right around the Frauenkirche. It isn't so big like the one the just…read moreacross the street. But it kinda sweet that heat one so close to all historical sights of Dresden. At nicht quite a nice place to get together for a Glühwein. I was staying at one of the hotel which close by. And it was really convenient for me to get to this place. I went around the whole market. The shops were mainly located at the plaza and before the Terresa. Near Terrasse is more people, probably because of the restaurant and so on. But also it got less space than the other part. It will better just stay at the side, if you want to enjoy some Glühwein and food with friends. I also found with the christmas tree give me more feeling of the xmas. For this place, Visitors do not need to pay for the entrance. So if you are around this place, just give it a quick look. Maybe you will enjoy it just like I did.
