Best PT experience I've ever had. I am a gymnastics coach and am always looking for knowledgeable physical therapists who are willing and able to help my athletes get back to their sport safely and in a timely manner. The thing that impressed me at first was that one of my athletes had been seeing Frank for an injury. She had come to me telling me exactly what her plan for PT was and what exercises she needed to do. In my experience, most of the the girls cannot tell me what is expected of them. They will see their PT a handful of times and then we are back to the same nagging injury after a few weeks but at STRIDE, I have seen a thorough understanding of their plan, an understanding of what the cause was and how to rehabilitate it as well as prevent further injury. I was so impressed by this that I decided to go myself for my shoulder. I was even more blown away at how much time and attentiveness I received. I have been so pleased with my experience as a patient as well as my athletes experiences and I have no problems referring any of my athletes in the future. read more

What to know, about STRIDE Physical Therapy, in my opinion. First impressions are very positive. Makayla, at the front office is so cheerful and inviting. A great face for the company. My therapy for post multiple medial meniscus tear at Stride was very advantageous. I was on crutches and unable to bear weight. 6 weeks later, I am walking up and down stairs with great ease. I thank Trevor, owner of Stride for his professionalism as well as an extensive knowledge regarding my specific plan for my rehabilitation. My personal instruction/therapy and assistance was with Frank. At my completion of therapy, Frank created custom take home instructions that echoed the therapy I used in rehabilitation. This home instruction is given thru a user friendly app. I consider this a compliment to Trevors practice that it is modern, effective and professional. Clean NEW facility. Five stars for my Friends at Stride! read more

I just finished my physical therapy and I had to tell people about my experience. I'm 67 years old and have had Pt throughout my life. I wasn't real excited about going to another PT. I couldn't believe it! These people were amazing! Lindsey had the ability to strike the perfect balance with the exercises. Not too much and not too little. She provided just the right amount of guidance and motivation to help me succeed. It's evident that they genuinely care about their patients well being and progress. The stride therapy group are extremely friendly from the minute you walk in. They have a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques and are well versed in the field. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STRIDE THERAPY!!! read more

Frank and his staff have been nothing but amazing. Frank has not only helped my son heal from a baseball injury, he has also educated him and us on how to do as much injury prevention as possible and why these exercises do what they do. My son is stronger than he was prior to his injury and now knows a lot more on preventing injuries. I will recommend Stride Physical Therapy to anyone if they want thorough and effective care. read more

Following my knee replacement surgery, I received physical therapy at Stride. Jesse, my physical therapist was excellent and challenged me through my clinical exercises as well as the exercises that he prescribed at home. The result was a successful recovery and I am already back to biking (22 miles), swimming (one mile), golf and walking (20,000 steps yesterday). Very pleased with the care I received. Highly recommend. read more

As a local healthcare provider in the St. George area, I can in full confidence and with enthusiasm, recommend the providers at Stride Physical Therapy. Dr. Charlton and Dr. Pettingill are two of the most intelligent, diligent, and kindhearted providers I have ever met. Hands down, this is the team worth trusting! read more

I came to Stride because of a knee injury. I'm a beginning runner and had no idea how to fix it or what to do. From the start, Frank listened intently to my concerns and did a full evaluation regarding my injury. He set up a plan that was easy to do at home and gave me pointers regarding my runs. I highly recommend Stride to anyone! read more
