Mr. Strickland did both of my home inspections. He's extremely knowledgeable in what to look for, how it should be repaired, and patient. Being my first home purchase, I had a lot of questions and apprehension. Mr. Strickland took the time to explain everything he was looking and the why. Definitely not afraid to get dirty; first house was pier and beam, he crawled under there and inspected the joist and plumbing, attic was inspected. Excellent home inspector. read more

I had a long list of jobs that I knew would only partially be covered by the warranty. Sammy had great explanations about what the warranty would cover and what it wouldn't and why. The estimates for the tasks seemed reasonable, detailed, and included discounts for the amount of work to be done. They were reliable in giving 20 minute warnings of the technician's arrival. A second visit was also a great success. Having replaced an outlet for my dryer, Sammy even helped me move the hinge of the dryer from one side to another after letting me borrow one of his tools to try it myself. By hiring him you are supporting a small business. You won't regret it.

I had some work done with Star Electrical in April. The bill was paid according to what was agreed upon then. An outstanding balance of $67.84 was emailed to me in November. Why would outstanding balance stay on the books for seven months? I do not recommend Star Electrical for anything! I advise everyone to stay away from them. There are plenty other choices.

Joe was the professional that serviced our plumbing emergency. What a nice guy! He could have gouged us on the price because we were desperate. He did not. He ultimately did not have the part to 100% fix our problem...BUT he did make the waterline functional. A week later we are still using the fix. What was super nice was that Joe knew we were in Graham to watch our daughter in the rodeo. I tried paying him beforehand so I wouldn't miss him. He refused and told my husband to go watch our daughter and he would catch us in a bit for the payment. He knew that I was anxious about getting him paid. We would highly recommend this establishment. They were quick, professional, honest, and reasonable. What else could someone ask from a business.
