Pros - Great 20 minute intro-massage from Isabella. Much different than what I've received at Stretch Zone. She did a great job targeting my problem zones and checking in with me during the session. No heavy sales tactics during the time I was inside. Cons - They offered water when I entered, but not when I was done with my services. I had to ask. At Stretch Zone they have bottles of water, but here they just have a cup. They did explain a 50-minute introductory appointment, but never mentioned anything about membership levels or prices, other than to go online and check their website. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE AS A GIFT. I received a 50 min Intro Stretch certificate as gift in July '25. Life happens, I decided to use it in Jan '26. They refused to honor it because "They marked it as lost". Nowhere on the certificate does it indicate an expiration. If it was over a year, I may have understood. I have been seeing Marcus weekly for several months now. He is very experienced and knows when to apply pressure and release while he's stretching me. It really works! After recovering from 4 foot surgeries, I am convinced that these stretches have helped me return to my exercise routine without feeling so much muscle soreness. Finally decide to try Stretchlab since it is part of my new Medicare benefits. I've done two stretches now with Marcus and been impressed with them both. Assisted stretching helps you get more than you can do on your own, and Marcus really works with you to determine where you need to loosen up and how to best reach those spots. I feel better already! He has a Masters in Exercise Science (?), and the other 'Flexes' also hold advanced degrees in Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology or related fields. I highly recommend! I attended a private event that included Intro Sessions- was very impressed. All the therapists were knowledgeable in multi conditions (incl hyper mobility) & how to stretch safely with various conditions. Guidance was clear & at my pace. I recommend for not only athletes, not only every day desk job stressors, not only to compensate for gardening- but also for those needing help w/physical limitations. This place is awesome! I know, I know, you should be able to use your own body and gravity and get it done, yogis have been doing it forever ... and anyone who ever took PE. But this is different and so much better. A person who has been specifically trained to not only stretch your tight muscles​ but who is also very good at finding out areas that need work you hadn't even considered. They also know exactly how to stretch your muscles in the directions that will help most and not over or under stretch and gradually increase your stretch and range of motion. I've been twice now for hour stretches and each time I got off the table I felt lighter on my feet and much longer overall. Most of all I just felt really good. Stretch Lab is great for those of us who sit in chairs too long, don't move enough as well as athletes with specific goals. My daughter who plays club volleyball loves it. This was my first time at the StretchLab and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception was so welcoming and friendly. She got me signed in and guided me to some really cute grip socks for my stretch experience. I was then introduced to my instructor, Sydney. What a gem! She too, was super friendly, funny, and so patient with me. She made me comfortable with myself (being my first time) and with the stretches. She went at my pace and I felt very comfortable being vulnerable with her. By the end of the session, I felt super relaxed, relieved, and motivated to continue (at home) with a few stretching techniques she taught me. It's been a few days and I can already feel a difference in my body from the stretches we did. I look forward to my next session with her! The establishment was super clean, friendly, and peaceful. Just finished my introductory session with Michael and I feel incredible! His knowledge of the muscle groups (and background as a massage therapist) make him a great stretching expert. Friendly and charming banter was an added bonus. Highly recommended. Wanted to tip afterwards, but that is not allowed as it is included in the price. Facility was clean and very well kept and all the others therapists were welcoming and jovial. I was caught off guard in the need to have skid free socks, but was able to purchase them before the session. I just completed two months (8 50 min sessions) and wow do I feel a difference. My therapist is Tim. He pushes me to exceed my expectations, in a gentle but firm way.
